Optimization of Gas Production and Well Completion in the Water Drive Gas Reservoirs

براي كمينه كردن فشار ترك چاه و بيشينه نمودن بازيافت در مخازن گازي داراي آبده، مي توان ناحيه بيشتري از چاه را مشبك كاري كرد يا دبي توليدي را افزايش داد. براي جلوگيري از پديده مخروطي شدن، طول ناحيه مشبك كاري شده بايد مناسب باشد و توليد با دبي نسبتاً پاييني انجام پذيرد. در اين مطالعه، براي بررسي هرچه بيشتر پديده مخروطي شدن، به كمك شبيه سازي، اثر ناحيه مشبك كاري شده، دبي توليدي گاز و تراوايي مخزن بر اين پديده بررسي شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه بازيافت نهايي گاز در سيستم داراي تراوايي بالا، مستقل از دبي گاز و طول ناحيه مشب ككاري شده است. اين درحالي است كه توليد نهايي آب با افزايش دبي گاز و طول ناحيه مشبك كاري شده، افزايش مي يابد. در سيستم هاي با تراوايي پايين، بازيافت نهايي گاز به شكل محسوسي با افزايش دبي توليد افزايش يافته و آب توليدي رو به كاهش مي گذارد.

Achieving the minimum well abandonment pressure and the maximum recovery of the water drive gas reservoirs, wells can be comple ted with a long perforated interval or produced at high rates. Alternatively, preventing the gas/water coning, the perforations sho uld be limited to the top of the productive interval and the wells should produce at a low rate. In this study a reservoir simulation for coni ng model is provided to evaluate these two conflicting completion and production practices, The impact of completion interval, gas production rate, and reservoir permeability were also evaluated. Conclusions indicate that, the ultimate recovery of the gas in high permeability systems, is insensitive to perforated interval and production rate, however the ultimate water production increases at high gas rates and lengthened perforated intervals. In the lower perme ability systems, ultimate gas recovery increases signi ficantly as production rates increase, while ultimate water production was actually fall.
