برآورد تابع تقاضاي گاز طبيعي در بخش خانگي، مطالعه موردي استان سمنان

Estimation of natural gas demand function in household section (case study of Semnan province)

يكي از مهمترين موضوعات در عصر حاضر، پديده محدوديت انرژي مي‏باشد و گاز طبيعي هم يكي از اين منابع كمياب است كه لزوم برنامه ريزي و پيش بيني براي توزيع بهينه آن در كشور ما احساس مي‏شود. در اين تحقيق از تعدادي شاخص هاي مهم به صورت ماهانه استفاده شده است. متغيروابسته، مصرف سرانه گاز طبيعي، و متغيرهاي مستقل، قيمت گاز طبيعي، متوسط دماي مركز استان و درآمد خانوار مي‏باشد. سال هاي مورد بررسي از1378 تا 1387 مي‏باشد و اطلاعات و آمارها عموما از شركت ملي گاز ايران، مركزآمار ايران، سازمان هواشناسي و بانك مركزي ايران بدست آمده است. در ادامه با استفاده از آزمون هاي پايايي، اثبات فروض كلاسيك، عدم رگرسيون كاذب و تصريح مدل در اقتصاد سنجي و نيز با استفاده از روش OLS و با نرم افزار Eviews به تخمين تابع تقاضاي گاز طبيعي در بخش خانگي در استان سمنان پرداخته‏ايم. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‏دهد كه گازطبيعي در اين استان يك كالاي كم كشش و نيز يك كالاي ضروري براي تمام گروه‏هاي درآمدي مردم است. همچنين تغييرات آب و هوايي اثر قابل توجهي بر مصرف گاز طبيعي دارد.

One of the most important issues in modern times,is the phenomenon of lack of energy and natural resources. Natural gas is also one of the scarce resources,that need planning and forecasting for our country to be felt. It is necessary to balance supply and demand for gas natural, measures with the aim of observing the optimum consumption pattern done. In this study, a number of important indicators that are collected monthly used and per capita household income variable,was using by the software MATLAB from annual data to monthly.Dependent variable is per capita consumption of natural gas, and independent variables are the price of natural gas, the average temperature of the provincial capital and household income. 120 variables for each observation,from 1378 until 1387 is given general information and statistics from National Iranian Gas Company, Statistics Center of Iran, Meteorological Organization and the Central Bank of Iran has been obtained.More use of test reliability, proven assumption classical and pseudo-regression in econometrics and with using OLS and found to estimate the demand function in Natural Homeʹs in Semnan Province. The results showed that in this province Natural Gas is low tension essential item for all income group people. As well as climate change and significant effect on Natural gas consumption.
