Growing speed of changes in the first decade of twenty first century has provided an environment full of opportunity and threat for current organizations. Gaining organizational successes in today world is possible only with strategic management. In this line, the future studies could prepare the ground for strategic planning for managers in organizations through smart recognition of opportunities and threats of organization. After information gathering and analysis the data, we have come to this conclusion that training future studies sciences to mangers with increasing the potential of planning and their interaction and cooperation could improve the performance of managers in organization and make them to aimed investigation in future.
