Strategies of promotion political Moral in the behavior of political Experts with National Security Consideration

موضوع اخلاق در سپهر سياست همواره مورد تاكيد جدي بنيان‌گذار جمهوري اسلامي (ره) و رهبري معظم انقلاب بوده و در مقاطع مختلف نسبت به رعايت آن حساس و پيگير بوده‌اند. بروز برخي از رفتارهاي نامناسب اخلاقي نخبگان سياسي در حوزه سياست ورزي كه موجب دغدغه‌ها و نگراني‌هايي از سوي رهبر معظم انقلاب شد، انگيزه شكل‌گيري اين تحقيق را به وجود آورد. از اين رو، با عنايت به مفروض فوق، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق عبارت است از شناسايي و تدوين راهبردهاي ارتقاي اخلاق سياسي در رفتار سياسي نخبگان با محوريت مولفه‌هاي صداقت، انصاف، ترجيح منافع ملي و مسيوليت‌پذيري. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش از روش، زمينه اي- موردي و براي گردآوري اطلاعات از اسناد و مدارك علمي و پيمايش بهره گرفته شده است. يافته‌هاي ميداني تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه بين ارزش‌هاي ياد شده و رفتار سياسي نخبگان رابطه معنا داري وجود دارد اما وضعيت موجود صفات مزبور در رفتارشان وزن مطلوبي ندارد.

The issue of moral in the sphere of politics has always been seriously emphasized by founder of Islamic republic (R.A) and supreme leader of revolution and they have been sensitive toward its observation and followed it. Emergence some of improper moral behaviors of political experts in the field of policy making which caused the concerns and distresses of supreme leader of revolution was the main motivation for shaping current research. Therefore , with taking into consideration the said hypothesis, the main aim of this research is identification and formulation the strategies of promotion political moral in the political behaviors of experts with pivotal elements of honesty, fairness, preference national interests and willingness to accept responsibility. For achieving the aims of research, the field-case methodology has been used and for information gathering, the scientific documents and survey were used. The field findings indicate that said values have meaningful relations in the political behaviors of experts. But status quo of said traits in their behaviors is not in a proper level.
