شاخصهاي ارتقا بخش اخلاق سياسي نخبگان سياسي با تاكيد برامنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري

در انديشه سياسي مقام معظم رهبري، سياست و اقتصاد و حكومت و حقوق و اخلاق و روابط فردي و اجتماعي به اين معنا از دين قابل تفكيك نيست. همچنين معتقدند كه ما مي‌توانيم اخلاق و تقوا و ايمان را، هم در رفتار فردي خود و هم در برنامه‌هاي كلان كشور حاكم كنيم؛ در اين چند سال گذشته يك از مهمترين دغدغه‌هاي رهبر معظم انقلاب وجود آشفتگي و ناهنجاري در حوزه اخلاق سياسي نخبگان كشور بوده است. اين پژوهش درصدد است، با تبيين شاخص‌هاي مهم اخلاق سياسي نخبگان از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري نقش اين شاخص‌ها را در ارتقاي امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مورد سنجش و ارزيابي قرار دهد. بنابراين سوال اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از اين كه شاخص‌هاي ارتقا بخش اخلاق سياسي نخبگان و نقش آنها در تامين امنيت ملي نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران كدام‌اند؟ از مصاديق شاخص‌هاي اخلاق سياسي نخبگان سياسي كه در بيانات و رهنمودها و آثار مكتوب رهبر معظم انقلاب مورد تاكيد قرارگرفته است عبارت‌اند از: ‌«بصيرت، ولايت محوري، امانت‌داري، وفاداري، صداقت، عدالت، صبر و استقامت، حق‌مداري، شجاعت، اعتماد متقابل، قانون‌مندي، مصلحت انديشي، مردم‌داري، مسيوليت‌پذيري و پاسخگويي»

In political thinking of supreme leader, politics and economy and government and laws as well as moral and individual and social relations are not separable from religion. His excellency believes that we can dominate the moral, piety and faith in our individual behaviors as well as in macro plannings of the country. During past several years, one of the most important distresses of supreme leader was the existence of abnormality and distraction in the field of political moral of experts of the country. This research seeks by explaining the significant indicators of political moral of experts in view of supreme leader, evaluates and measures the roles of such indicators in promotion the national security of the I.R. of Iran. Therefore, the main question of this paper is this that: what are the indicators of promotion the political moral section of experts and their roles in safeguarding the national security of the I.R. of Iran system? The evidences of indicators of political moral of political experts which have been stressed in the remarks and guidelines and written works of supreme leader include: insight, Velayat Oriented, safekeeping, honesty, justice, patience and resistance, right-oriented, braveness, mutual confidence, law-oriented, expediency, having people skills, willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.
