تبيين شايستگي‌هاي اساسي مورد نياز مديران سطوح راهبردي كشور

To Explicate the Fundamental Merits Required for the Countryʹs Strategic Managers

براساس چشم انداز بيست ساله كشور، ايران بايد به كشوري توسعه يافته با جايگاه اول اقتصادي، علمي و فناوري در سطح منطقه آسياي جنوب غربي تبديل شود وتحقق اين چشم انداز منوط به آينده نگري وتلاش تمامي سازمانها درسطح كشورمي باشدكه اين امر فقط با داشتن مديراني توانمند وشايسته درسطوح راهبردي كشورامكان پذير خواهد بود. در چنين شرايطي، شناخت شايستگي‌هاي اساسي موردنياز مديران راهبردي، عاملي بسيارمهم براي تحقق چشم اندازمحسوب مي شود. اين درحالي است كه اين شايستگي‌ها درمنابع علمي و شرايط احراز شغل سازمانها به صورت پراكنده و بدون اولويت بندي وجود دارد. ازاين رو، اين تحقيق با هدف تبيين شايستگي‌هاي اساسي مورد نياز مديران سطوح راهبردي كشور شكل گرفته وطي آن با جمع‌آوري از منابع مكتوب و همچنين مصاحبه باخبرگان فهرستي ازشايستگي‌هاي مهم موردنياز مديران سطوح راهبردي كشور تهيه شد وازطريق پرسشنامه نظرمديران راهبردي نسبت به شايستگي‌ها به تفكيك سه حوزه دانش،بينش ومهارت دريافت شد ودرانتها ازطريق آزمون فريدمن شايستگي‌ها ي موردنياز مديران سطوح راهبردي درهريك ازحوزه هاي سه گانه مذكور، به ترتيب اولويت،رتبه بندي شد.

According to the countryʹs twenty-year perspective, Iran should become a developed one, booking the first place in southwest Asia in economy, science and technology. To meet the perspective depends on the foresightedness and effort of all organizations which in turn could become possible with capable and competent managers in all strategic levels. In such a case, determining the merits of strategic managers seems vital to reach the end despite the fact that such merits are scattered through scientific resources and the conditions to take position with lack of proper prioritization. Consequently, the present study is determined to explicate the fundamental merits vital to the countryʹs strategic managers, in which the data has been collected from resources in letters and interview with experts in a way to provide a list of merits essential for the countryʹs strategic managers. The ideas of the strategic managers on merits were categorized into know-how, vision and skillfulness through questionnaire and finally the merits required for strategic managers in each one of the mentioned spheres were respectively graded.
