The assessment of managers functions on organizational health (Case Study of Qom traffic police office)

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير عملكرد مديران بر سلامت سازماني بوده است. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف،كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي از نوع هم‌بستگي است. جامعه آماري آن را كليهكارشناسان و مديران اداره راهنمايي و رانندگي شهر قم تشكيل مي دهد كه براساس جدول جرمي و مورگان تعداد 66 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه مشخص و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي اين تعداد از بين جامعه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق شامل پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته سنجش عملكرد مديران و شكل اصلاح‌شده ابزار سلامت سازماني شامل (OHI) هوي و فيلدمن (1996) بوده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه: ارتباط معناداري بين "هريك از مولفه‌هاي عملكرد مديران" و"سلامت سازماني" وجود دارد. عملكرد مديران در زمينه وظايف ارتباطي و تصميم‌گيري بالاتر از حد متوسط مي‌باشد. اما در زمينه‌ وظايف اطلاعاتي در حد متوسط است.

The object of this study had been the effect of Managers on organizational health. This study had been based on the stem – finding. Statistical community include experts and managers of Qom traffic police office (n=77). According to Morgan’s chart, 66 person as a sample specified and have been selected by random sampling from statistical community. The research included researcher questionnaire about manager’s function and revised form of organizational health. The literature review of this research after early studies and preparing Theoretical frame work is achieved by experts and final assessment was conducted on among 30 from statistical community and Alpha – combach coefficient was calculated that in which the results of both questionnaire confirmed. After data collection or using data descriptive method such as central and distribution indices and deductive data such as Calmogroof Smirnoff (k – s) test for assuring the normal distribution of data, Pierson’s coherence and Tone group test, data deduction related to research hypothesis was analyzed. The result has shown that there is meaningful relation between “each of the manager’s function compounded” and “organizational health”. The manager’s function on the communication duties and make a decision is higher thinner mediate, But in information duty is inter mediate.
