بررسي چالش‌هاي دفاع هوايي و تاثير آن بر دفاع همه جانبه هوايي آجا در جنگ‌هاي آينده

Studying the Air Defense Challenges and Their Impacts on Air All- Out Defense of the I.R. of Iran Army in Future War

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي چالش‌هاي سامانه‌هاي دفاع هوايي (سامانه‌هاي كشف، سامانه‌هاي فرماندهي و كنترل و سامانه‌هاي سلاح) در جنگ‌هاي آينده و تاثير آن بر دفاع همه جانبه هوايي آجا و ارايه راهكار‌هايي براي حل مشكلات و موانع موجود مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي بوده و از روش‌هاي مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي و مراجعه به اسناد و مدارك در سطح آجا بوده و از ابزار پرسش‌نامه براي جمع‌آوري داده استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري مورد تحقيق معاونت‌ها، مديران ستاد آجا، قرارگاه پدافند هوايي خاتم الانبيا (ص) و نهاجا بوده كه از بين آنها بر اساس روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند تعداد30 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. براي بررسي رابطه تاثير متغير‌هاي مستقل (سامانه‌هاي كشف، سامانه‌هاي فرماندهي و كنترل و سامانه‌هاي سلاح) بر متغير وابسته (دفاع همه‌جانبه هوايي) از روشAHP استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصله از انجام تحقيق،نشان داد كه متغير‌هاي اصلي تحقيق با ضريب هماهنگي كمتر از 0.1 در دفاع همه‌جانبه هوايي تاثير دارد. پيشنهادات اين تحقيق تاكيد و اهتمام بيشتر فرماندهان دفاع هوايي بر چالش‌هاي قيد شده به ترتيب نتايج تحقيق و نيز لزوم ارتقا سامانه‌‌هاي دفاع هوايي با الويت هوشمند سازي و دانش محور با‌بكارگيري توانمندي‌هاي علمي و صنعتي داخل كشور بوده است.

The aim of current research is reviewing the challenges of air defense systems (detection systems, command and control systems and weapon systems) in future wars and their impacts on air all-out defense of the I.R. of Iran army and introducing the solutions for tackle the available problems and obstacles. This research is applied type and it is one of the library studies and references to the documents and deeds at the level of the I.R. of Iran army and the questionnaire tool has been used for gathering the data. The statistical society of research are deputies, managers of staff of the I.R. of Iran army, Air defense headquarters of Khatamul- Anbia (S.A.W) and air force of the I.R. of Iran army. Based on purposeful sample taking, some 30 people were considered as sample volume, for exploring the relation of the impact of independent variances( detection systems, command and control systems and weapon systems) on dependent variance (all-out air defense), the A H P methodology has been used. The concluded results of research showed that the main variances of research have impacts on coordination coefficient less than 1% in all-out air defense. The suggestions of research are further endeavor and stress of air force commanders on said challenges according to the sequence of research results and also the necessity of promotion the air defense systems with intelligence making and knowledge- based priority by using scientific and industrial capabilities inside the country.
