تعيين عوامل ژيوپليتيك تركيه موثر بر تدوين راهبرد دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Determination the Geopolitical Elements of Turkey influencing on compiling the Defense strategy of the I.R. of Iran in National and all- out Defense

در اين پژوهش با عنوان «تعيين عوامل ژيوپليتيك تركيه موثر بر تدوين راهبرد دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران» با بهره گيري از روش توصيفي، تحليلي و به صورت كاربردي، با انجام مطالعات نظري و محيط شناسي ژيوپليتيكي كشور تركيه، تلاش گرديده است با شناسايي و تعيين عوامل ژيوپليتيكي مرتبط و موثر بر تدوين راهبرد دفاعي در ابعاد ششگانه، طبيعي، انساني، اقتصادي، سياسي داخلي، سياسي بين المللي و نظامي،پرداخته و در ادامه ضمن مشاوره با برخي از افراد خبره و صاحب نظر مرتبط با عوامل ژيوپليتيكي و مسايل دفاعي و اخذ نظرات آنان، نسبت به توسعه و انجام برخي اصلاحات اقدام و در نهايت عوامل ژيوپليتيكي بدست آمده در قالب پرسش نامه‌اي جهت اخذ نظر جامعه آماري تنظيم و طراحي گرديده‌است وبين افراد خبره و صاحب نظر مرتبط با موضوع در قالب جامعه آماري 51 نفري كه به صورت تمام شمار انجام گرفته، توزيع و سپس نظر آنان نيز جمع آوري شده است.پس از گردآوري پرسش نامه‌ها و بررسي نظر جامعه آماري با استفاده از تكنيك‌ها و روش‌هاي آماري نسبت به تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها اقدام و در ادامه به جمع‌بندي و ارزيابي فرضيه تحقيق نيز پرداخته شده است. سپس در بحث نتيجه گيري در پاسخ به سوال تحقيق، عوامل موثر ژيوپليتيكي كشور تركيه مرتبط با مسايل دفاعي در ابعاد شش‌گانه بالا كه در تدوين راهبرد دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در رابطه با كشور تركيه موثر مي‌باشند، در قالب 56 عامل ژيوپليتيكي كه برحسب وزن و اولويت ميانگين آن‌ها تعيين گرديدند، كه در واقع پاسخ به سوال و فرضيه تحقيق صورت گرفت.

The current research entitled “determination the geopolitical elements of Turkey influencing on compiling the defense strategy of the I.R. of Iran in national and all- out defense”, by using descriptive- analytical methodology in applied shape and implementation of theoretical studies and geopolitical environment logy of Turkey. In continuation, in addition to consultation with some of experts and pundits related to geopolitical elements and defense issues and achieving their viewpoints, the endeavor made to develop and carrying out some rectifications and eventually, the achieved geopolitical elements were compiled and designed in the format of a questionnaire for receiving the viewpoints of statistical society and was shaped then said questionnaires were distributed among experts as well as units related to subject in the format of all 51 people of statistical society, and their viewpoints were achieved. After gathering questionnaires and examining the views of statistical society, the data were analyzed by statistical techniques and methods. And in continuation, the hypothesis of research was concluded and assessed. In conclusion part, for answering the research question, the effective geopolitical elements of Turkey related to defense issues in said six way aspects which are effective in compiling the defense strategy of the I.R. of Iran concerning Turkey were determined in a 56- geopolitical Clements format which were specified according to their weights and priorities, which indeed was response to question and research hypothesis.
