The effective Elements on Development of Defense – Security capabilities of Basij

دفاع و حفظ امنيت جامعه در مقابل تهديدات داخلي و خارجي و دفاع همه جانبه از منافع و دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي در مقابل دشمنان از مهمترين مسايل جامعه امروزي ماست. تحقيق حاضر با روش توصيفي-تحليلي، نوع تحقيق كاربردي، حجم و جامعه نمونه به ترتيب، 250 و123نفرانتخاب شده، روش نمونه گيري، تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب وسپس پرسشنامه تحقيق بر اساس آن تنظيم وبين آزمودنيها توزيع شد است.داده‌هاي بدست آمده، در نرم افزار و تست نرمال بودن داده‌ها، تاثير مولفه‌ها، با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي، فريدمن، خي دو، پيرسون، تحليل رگرسيون، باينوميال، تي استيودنت براي تعين رتبه بندي‌ها وتعيين سهم هريك از عوامل اصلي و فرعي تحقيق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي و احصا عوامل تاثيرگذار بر توانمندي‌هاي دفاعي- امنيتي بسيج كه براي تعيين رتبه بندي‌ها و سهم هر يك از عوامل اصلي در ارتقا توانمندي‌هاي آن مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. پس از احصا ، تعيين رتبه بندي و ميزان سهم تاثيرگذاري هريك از مولفه‌هاي توانمندي معادله خط رگرسيون نشان دهنده‌ي: توسعه توانمندي‌هاي دفاعي- امنيتي بسيج= (حمايت معنوي× 0.443) + ( فرهنگ بسيجي×0.392) +‌(آمادگي انفرادي غيرفيزيكي× 0.497)+ (فرماندهي غير فيزيكي× 0.529)+ (اشراف اطلاعاتي× 0.553) مي‌باشد كه تغييري به اندازه يك انحراف معيار در مولفه متغير مستقل به همان اندازه موجب تغيير در متغير ديگر خواهد شد يا به هر ميزان متغير مستقل (عوامل مادي و معنوي) افزايش پيدا كنند به همان ميزان موجب افزايش قابليت‌ها و توانمندي‌هاي دفاعي- امنيتي بسيج خواهد شد.

Defense and preservation of society security against foreign and internal threats and all-out defense of interests and achievements of Islamic revolution against enemies are most important issues of today society. The current research has conducted by descriptive- analytical methodology and is an applied type. Sample society has been selected with 250 and 123 people respectively. The Sample taking was taxonomic random and questionnaire was arranged based on it and was Distributed among examinees. The current research has been conducted with aim at identification and enumeration of effective factors on security-defense capabilities of Basij for rankings and is used for determination the share of each of main elements in promotion of its capabilities. After enumeration for determination the ranking and share of each of elements of capability, equation of regression line indicates: Development of defense- security capabilities of basij= (Spiritual supporting× 443%)+(Basij culture× 392%)+(non-physical individual readiness× 497%)+(non- physical commanding ×529%)+(intelligence superiority× 553%), which indicates that any change at size of criterion deviation in independent variance element equals to change in another variance or more increasing the independent variance (material and spiritual factors), more increasing in capabilities and security- defense abilities of Basij would be occurred.
