Reflection of Social Situation in the Texts during Qajar Era: The Case of Folklore

Alongside historical and social texts, there is a widespread range of literary texts from fiction to poem where have reflected social situation of Iranian life during Qajar era. Folklore texts pay to informal matters. Although they are not so reliable references, reflect social realities. The same sources can support and promote social studies in analyzing and explaining customs, ceremonies, celebrities, rites, entertainments, hobbies, and so on. So, we they can be seen as secondary, but useful sources in understanding roots of social action. Current paper pays to analytical frameworks can be used in studying folklore.
