The Role of Verbal Communications in Construction of Human

توان سخن گفتن يكي از مواهب بزرگ الهي است كه به آدمي ارزاني شده است. خداوند سبحان نه‌تنها استعداد سخن‌گفتن را در نهاد بشر آفريد بلكه چگونگي وآداب آن را نيز از راه الهام فطري و هدايت دروني و وحي و تشريع بيروني به وي آموخت. سخن گفتن، لازمه زندگي اجتماعي انسان و وسيله برقراري ارتباط با همنوعان است اين ارتباط اغلب بر اثر تبادل فكر و انديشه بين فرستنده و گيرنده پيام صورت مي گيرد و موجب شكوفايي استعدادها و بالابردن سطح زندگي انسان مي‌شود به‌طور كلي فرد با گيرنده پيام خود در يك مسيله معين، اشتراك فكر و هماهنگي عقيده پيدا مي‌كند. از اين رو، ارتباط از نظر جهت‌دهي به رفتارهاي انساني، مفيد و سازنده است و به دو صورت كلامي و غيركلامي ايجاد مي‌شود. اما يكي از پركاربردترين و معمولي‌ترين ارتباطات كلامي، مذاكره و گفت‌وگو است كه از طريق زبان صورت مي‌گيرد و بهترين وكامل‌ترين وسيله ارتباط و مبين انديشه و وسيله انتقال محتواي ذهن به ديگران است. درآموزه‌هاي ديني به جايگاه سخن و تاثير آن توجه زيادي شده و آداب برقراري ارتباط كلامي سازند و شرايط آن به روش مختلفي بيان شده است. در اين آموزه‌ها با ارايه مصاديق سخن نيك، ما را به آداب برقراري روابط سازنده و تاثيرگذار رهنمون مي‌سازد كه در اين پژوهش به بررسي شيوه‌ها و عوامل برقراري روابط گفتاري مطلوب و موانع برقراري اين ارتباط سازنده از نظر قرآن و حديث پرداخته مي‌شود.

The ability to speaking is one of the great divine blessing that has been offered to human beings. The Glory God not only has created capability of speaking in human nature but through innate inspiration, inner guidance, revelation and tradition taught him its state and good manners . Speaking is prerequisite of social life of human being and the way to establish communication with each other. This relationship is often fulfilled as a result of exchange of ideas between the sender and the recipient, and raise to prosperity of potentiality and elevating the level of human life. Generally, a person with your message recipient in a particular issue, share thinking and harmony of opinion. Hence, the communication from the viewpoint to give a direction to human behaviors, is useful and productive, and brought into being in two form; verbal and non-verbal. But one of the most common and the most usual verbal communications, is negotiation and dialogue that takes place through language and being the best and the most perfect means of communication and expressing the thought and transference of the content of the mind to others. In the Religious teachings, in respect to the position of words and its impact, has been a lot of attention and, in different ways, has been expressed the good manners for establish the positive verbal communication and its requirements. In this teachings, by providing the examples of the good word, we have been guided to effective communications which in this research, would be examined the ways and the elements of establishing a favorable verbal communications and barriers to establish this effective communication in the viewpoint of the Quran and Hadith.
