چكيده فارسي :
توسعه فيزيكي روستاها زماني مي‌تواند موثر واقع شود كه به صورت كنترل و هدايت شده صورت گيرد و قبل از مكان گزيني آن ها، گزينه‌هاي مناسب بررسي و ارزيابي شوند. در پژوهش حاضر با انتخاب ده روستا از شهرستان خواف به عنوان محدوده مطالعاتي، با شناسايي وضع موجود، ابتدا معيارهاي محدودكننده و دخيل در توسعه فيزيكي اين روستاها شناسايي شده اند و سپس، با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از مدل تحليل سلسله مراتبي، به گزينش آن ها با هدف تعيين بهترين مكان مناسب براي توسعه فيزيكي نقاط روستايي موردمطالعه پرداخته شده است. به اين ترتيب، معيارهاي دخيل در گسترش كالبدي اين نقاط روستايي، هركدام به صورت لايه‌هايي از نقشه درآمد و با استفاده از روش مقايسه دو به دو (AHP)، وزن مربوط به هريك تعيين شد. مراحل يادشده با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert Choice اصلاح شده، انجام شد. نتايج به دست آمده، نشان داد معيارهاي شيب زمين، فاصله از مسيل و فاصله از گسل به ترتيب با وزن‌هاي 315/0، 179/0 و 108/0 بيشترين تاثير را در مكان يابي سمت توسعه روستاها داشته‌اند. سپس، با استفاده از وزن هر لايه در محيط GIS و با مدل هم پوشاني وزني، اين لايه‌ها با هم تركيب شده اند و درنتيجه، خروجي حاصل نمايانگر سرجمع معيارهاي موردنظر با هدف انتخاب مكان بهينه براي توسعه آتي روستاها بود. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر گوياي اين هستند كه از بين روستاهاي نمونه، فقط 4 روستاي مهرآباد، برآباد، سده وسيجاوند سمت توسعه پيشنهادي طرح هادي منطبق با پهنه كاملاً مناسب و مناسب براي توسعه آتي روستاها هستند.

1. INTRODUCTION Considering the establishment of side development in villages of Iran, determining appropriate locations for different activities in them are inevitable, and in rural planning, attention and emphasis on spatial patterns of land allocation for relative stability of the land in rural areas is of high importance. Therefore, predictions and proposals for the development and various applications in rural areas require detailed knowledge of all their socio-economic and natural aspects. To achieve sustainable development of land and reduce disparities, the present study aims to determine the best location for the physical development of the sample villages in the study area using a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Model and Geographic Information System (GIS) so that the physical development of settlements have the least adverse effects for now and in long-term. 2. METHODOLOGY With regard to the aim of the study, this is an applied one, but by nature, this is a descriptive-analytical study. In this paper, status quo analysis and data modeling procedures were used. To do this, at first, to create a database of GIS consisting of spatial and descriptive data in form of algorithm, spatial data (slopes, land uses, distance of faults, streams, roads and water sources, groundwater levels, etc.) of 10 villages of Khaf County (with an approved Guide plan) were extracted from corresponding maps and digitalized by ArcGIS software and stored together with descriptive data to provide analysis capabilities. Then, a questionnaire was designed and filled out by 30 people including three groups of university professors, consultant engineers of rural Guide projects preparation, and experts of Housing Foundation of Islamic Revolution. In the end, using weight of the layers in AHP model, and GIS databases with overlapping operations, different maps effective in positioning the side development of physical texture in rural areas were identified and compared with current and proposed location of physical development (approved by Guide plans). The main research question of the present study is that what factors influence the positioning of side development for the proposed applications in rural areas? And to what extent the current and proposed side development of Guide plans of the villages under study is in compliance with their physical side development in GIS environment? 3. DISCUSSION In general, positioning is an activity that evaluates and analyzes natural and human resources of an area for a particular applicability. Factors affecting the site selection are very diverse and numerous. Some of these factors are fixed and others are variable and dynamic. This means that with the passage of time and changes in certain factors, including seismicity zone, no significant change are made but others, such as communication ways and vegetation are subject to change. Eleven experimental parameters used in the physical positioning of rural development side include: "Slope, elevation, distance from fault, distance from the stream, distance from the road, bed rock type, land use, land ownership conditions, type of land and groundwater levels". In the evaluation performed, land slope with the coefficient of 0/315 and land types with coefficient of 0/02 respectively had the greatest and lowest impact on positioning of rural side development. The comparative study on proposed rural side development in rural Guide projects and rural construction in status quo with optimum positioning obtained by this study, showed that proposed side development of two villages of Mehrabad and Barabad is just located in quite appropriate areas and two villages of Syjavand and Sedeh, are located in quiet appropriate and appropriate areas. But comparing the existing construction of the villages, we can say that villagers in eight sample villages of the study area were inclined to construction in appropriate or quite appropriate areas. 4. CONCLUSION Research findings show that the present method, due to having more variables and classification principles and avoiding direct engagement of experts in the model (through weights obtained from the paired comparison parameters in the standard matrix) was more accurate and superior to other methods. The results can be used in regional planning to minimize the urban and rural settlement damages. The results of this research can be planned with environmental and socio-economic perspectives and considerations and lead to a sustainable development. 5– SUGGESTIONS According to the studies and results obtained during the research process, the following suggestions are offered: ? Optimal positioning of rural side development requires a comprehensive assessment of all the factors. Thus, scientific studies to provide a comprehensive list of factors are necessary to develop a suitable method of positioning. And understanding the relationship between these factors and positioning the applications makes the need for systemic approach inevitable; ? Considering the environmental consequences of urban and rural settlementsʹ growth and in order to maintain agricultural land use and at the same time to organize the settlement of growing populations, the future development pattern of these settlements should take place in a controlled and directed manner; ? In planning the development of sample rural areas, quite appropriate formations should have higher priority, and the establishment of the villages should be based on principles such as slope, river and faults, and proper use of land, etc. ; ? The assessment conducted based on the specified parameters can be used to facilitate rural development planning. ? And so on.
