Program Study, Evaluation and Development of Sports Coaches in Selected Countries and Suggestions

به موازات رشد سريع ديدگاه حرفه‌اي، رويكرد فعلي تشكيلات ورزش جهان به آموزش و ارتقاي مربيان، رو به توسعه است. آنان از اركان اصلي در آموزش، رهبري و هدايت تيم‌اند و نقش مهمي در پرورش ورزشكاران ايفا مي‌كنند. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق مطالعه نظام آموزش، ارزيابي و ارتقاي مربيان ورزش كشورهاي منتخب و ارايه الگوي پيشنهادي است. اين تحقيق به روش توصيفي و تحليلي انجام شده و در جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از منابع موجود در كتابخانه‌ها و مروري بر اسناد موجود و مطالب اينترنت استفاده شده است. در ايران وزارت ورزش تلاش‌هاي مفيدي درخصوص آموزش، ارزيابي و ارتقاي مربيان انجام داده است؛ ليكن عدم رويكرد سيستمي موجب شده تا همگامي آن با سيستم‌هاي پيشرفته جهان با اشكال‌هاي متعددي مواجه گردد. در استراليا درباره آموزش مربيان مطالعات گسترده‌اي انجام شده و نوشتار‌هايي در باب چارچوب، سرفصل، محتوي و معيارهاي آموزش و ارتقاي مربيان نگاشته شده است. در انگلستان ويراست‌هاي متعددي از نظام آموزش مربيان ارايه شده و محتواي آموزشي جديدي براي سطوح مختلف مربيگري در حال تدوين است. در ايالات متحده با توجه به سيستم آموزشي حاكم، معيارها و برنامه‌هاي آموزشي مربيان تدوين و در حال به‌روزرساني است. در كانادا نيز مطالعات گسترده‌اي انجام شده است، به طوري‌كه برنامهپيشرفت مربيان و ورزشكاران هر رشته تدوين و اين برنامه‌هاي آموزشي به ساير كشورها نيز ارايه مي‌شود. نتايج مطالعات نشان مي‌دهد رويكرد سيستمي و هماهنگي با انجمن‌هاي قاره‌اي و جهاني مربيان از نيازهاي عاجل مربيگري ورزش كشور است و تاسيس بنياد بين‌المللي مربيان از ضروريات آن است. در اين راه بهره‌گيري از تجارب كشورهاي منتخب و نظام‌هاي مربوط مفيد خواهد بود.

As the fastest growing professional perspective, the current administrationʹs approach to teaching and promoting the sport coaches is growing on. They are main elements in education and team leadership; also play an important role in developing athletes. The aim of this study was to study the education, evaluation and development of sports coaches in selected countries and proposed suggestions. This study is a descriptive and analytical study was conducted and the data collection and review of existing documents and material resources available in the libraryʹs Internet use. Sports Ministry in useful efforts on education, evaluation and development of sport coaches is done, but the lack of systematic approach systems to keep pace with the modern world is faced with many problems. Extensive studies have been conducted on sport coaches’ education in Australia, and articles about the framework, the headings, content, and standards for sport coaches education and development is written. Several editions of the UK education system and educators to provide educational content to new levels of coaching are being compiled. In the United States, according to the education system, standards and training programs developed and are being updated. Extensive studies have been performed in Canada, as well as programs to improve and develop educational programs for coaches and athletes in each discipline is provided in other countries. Studies show that a systematic approach, in coordination with the international community and the continent needs urgent mentoring sports coaches in the country and is the essential foundation of international coaches. In this way, the system utilizes the experiences of selected countries and is useful.
