احزاب سياسي و امنيت داخلي چكيده هدف از انجام اين تحقيق؛ شناسايي فعاليت احزاب سياسي و تاثير آن بر امنيت داخلي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران است كه ضمن پرداختن به موضوع امنيت كه يكي از اصول زندگي فردي و اجتماعي و زمينه‌ساز بهره‌وري است، سعي مي‌شود به وسيله عوامل مختلفي از جمله حاكميت قانون حفظ شود. از اين رو هر نظام سياسي جهت تحقق اين امر در ارتباط با فعاليت احزاب و گروه‌هاي سياسي، سعي مي‌كند فعاليت و اقدامات آنها را در چارچوب‌هاي حقوقي و امنيتي تعيين شده از جمله قانون اساسي، قوانين موضوعه و فرامين رهبران، به سامان درآورد. با توجه به موضوع و هدف تحقيق، اين پژوهش درصدد پاسخگويي به اين پرسش ها است كه آيا بين فعاليت احزاب سياسي و امنيت داخلي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران رابطه همبستگي وجود دارد؟ آيا چارچوب‌هاي حقوقي- امنيتي مدون منطبق با قواعد مردم‌سالاري ديني در نظام حقوقي ج.ا.ا پيش‌بيني شده است؟ براي پاسخگويي به اين مهم، از روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و ابزار جمع‌آوري كتابخانه اي و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده، حاكي از آن است كه رفتار احزاب در چارچوب قوانين و مقررات در افزايش امنيت داخلي و توسعه آن موثر بوده و جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز چارچوب‌هايي از طريق قانون اساسي و مصوبات مجلس و آيين‌نامه‌هايي تدوين نموده كه امكان فعاليت احزاب تحقق يافته است. احزاب موظفند ضمن احترام به قانون و برخورداري از حقوق و آزادي‌هاي مصرح در آن، فعاليت‌هاي خود را طبق تكاليف و محدوديت‌هاي تعيين شده، پيگيري نمايند.

Political parties and internal security Abstract The goal of this research is recognizing political party activity and its effect on internal security in I.R.I, whole pay attention to security topic that is one of individual and social life principle and cause to efficiency, tried to protection through various hector like governing rules. Hence every political system for realization this affair relation with political parties and groups activity tries to order their measures and activity determinate in legal and security frameworks like constitution, state laws and leaders’ commands. As regard to topic and goal of this research, this research wants to answer this question that whether exist sodality relation between political parties activity and internal security? In I.R.I? Whether prospect formulate security and legal frame works coincide with religion democracy rules in I.R.I? For answering this tow important question, we used from description – analysis way and library and questionnaire gathering tools. Get results representative that party behavior in provision and institute framework increase and development of internal security was effective and I.R.I legislation through constitution and approvals parliament frameworks that cause to create terms of party’s activity. Parties must follow their activities according to determined duties and limitation while respecting to law and enjoyment from its right and freedoms.
