Provide a structural model of the causes and consequences of psychological safety

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي علل و پيامدهاي ايمني رواني در كاركنان اداره كل ميراث فرهنگي، گردشگري و صنايع دستي استان خراسان رضوي در قالب يك مدل مفهومي است. بدين منظور 101 نفر از كاركنان اين اداره به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه به شيوه نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند و از طريق پرسشنامه‎هاي توزيع شده ميان آنها به گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز پرداخته شد. به منظور تحليل داده هاي حاصله از مدل‎يابي معادلات ساختاري و روش حداقل مربعات جزيي توسط نرم افزار آماري پي ال اس بهره گرفته شد و نتايج حاصل از شاخص هاي برازندگي مدل مفهومي، حاكي از برازش مناسب مدل تحقيق بود. با استفاده از تحليل مسير به منظور آزمون فرضيات مشخص گرديد كه تمامي فرضيات مربوط به عوامل تاثيرگذار بر ايمني رواني (اعتماد و هوش هيجاني) به جز حمايت اجتماعي مورد پذيرش قرار گرفتند و فرضيات مربوط به پيامدهاي ايمني رواني (رفتار شهروندي، رفتار يادگيري و تمايل به تسهيم دانش) نيز تاييد شدند. هم‎چنين، نشان داده شد كه ايمني رواني در روابط بين هوش هيجاني با رفتار شهروندي سازماني و اعتماد با تمايل به تسهيم دانش، نقش واسط را ايفا مي كند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes and consequences of psychological safety of staff Administration of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Razavi Khorasan province in the form of a conceptual model. For this purpose the 101 employees of the department as a case study sampling were selected randomly through a questionnaire distributed among them was to gather the required information. Structural Equation modeling to analyze the resulting data and partial least squares method was used by statistical software PLS and the results of the conceptual model fitness indices suggest a good fit of the research model. Path analysis was used to test specific hypotheses. All assumptions related to factors affecting into psychological safety were acceptable except for social support and assumptions influenced by psychological safety factors and were confirmed. Also, it was shown that psychological safety in the relationship between emotional intelligence with organizational citizenship behavior and trust with willingness to share knowledge plays an intermediary role.
