Proposing an Appropriate Model for Military Centers CERT interactions

امروزه با پيشرفت فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، اين علم نوين به عنوان يكي از اركان مهم در زيرساخت‌هاي حياتي مبتني بر فناوري اطلاعات تبديل شده است و با افزايش اهميت آن، حملات و آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي آن نيز افزايش يافته است. از اين‌رو يكي از اجزاي مهم‌ امنيتي، CERT است كه با داشتن يك برنامه مدون و از پيش تعريف شده باعث كاهش مخاطرات و هزينه‌ها مي‌شود. به همين منظور پس از بررسي الگو‌هاي CERT، به ارايه يك الگو جديد براي بهبود تعاملات بين اجزاي CERT در پاسخ‌گويي رخداد پرداخته‌ايم كه مي‌تواند جهت افزايش سرعت گروه CERT در هنگام رويارويي و مهار يك رخداد و در راستاي پدافند غير عامل استفاده شود. از جمله مزيت اين الگو، تبيين نقش افراد و منسجم ساختن ارتباط بين CERT و مركز كنترل امنيت در پاسخ‌گويي به يك رخداد در زمان مناسب است.

Health care organizations generate health data within the framework of information systems. Protecting the true nature of these data in a secure environment, in order to deliver proper quality services to patients, is of special significance in information systems. This study is intended to study health data features which necessitate data security and to introduce efforts done to establish data security standards in information systems. The findings of this study on the significance of health data highlight three factors which themselves are considered the reasons behind the necessity of data security in the heath sector. They include confidentiality, risk of financial abuse and researches of biomedicine and cognitive sciences. Given the significance of health data and their security, many organizations have embarked on developing national and international standards such as: ASTM, CPRI, AAMC, NAIC, ISO27000 and HIPPA. Meanwhile, the emergence of new sciences and various discoveries can lead to the generation of new varieties of health data; hence getting to know the health data and their features in order to choose a proper security strategy is an important step in designing effective health information systems.
