ارتباط اعتماد بين فردي و رفتارهاي سياسي با سبك‌هاي حل تعارض در ميان كاركنان ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌هاي منتخب

The Relationship between Safety and Efficacy Situation of Sport Places, Spaces and Equipment with Amount of Sport Injuries of Users (Students)

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطْ اعتماد بين فردي در كار و رفتارهاي سياسي با سبك‌هاي مسالمت‌آميز و غيرمسالمت‌آميز حل تعارض انجام شد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه كاركنان ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌هاي منتخب است. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد نمونه 274 تعيين شد. تعداد 400 پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفي طبقه بندي شده ميان كاركنان ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان‌ها توزيع شد كه تعداد 296 (74%) پرسشنامه قابل بررسي بودند. اعتماد بين فردي با استفاده از پرسشنامه اعتماد بين فردي در كار (ITW)، رفتارهاي سياسي با استفاده از پرسشنامه رفتار سياسي (PB) و روش‌هاي حل تعارض با استفاده از پرسشنامه سبك‌هاي حل تعارض (ROCI-II) اندازه گيري شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، سهمي و رگرسيون خطي ساده تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد بين اعتماد بين فردي و رفتارهاي سياسي ارتباط منفي و معني داري وجود دارد. همچنين بين اعتماد بين فردي و سبك‌هاي مسالمت‌آميز حل تعارض ارتباط مثبت و معني دار و بين رفتار سياسي و سبك‌هاي مسالمت‌آميز حل تعارض ارتباط منفي و معني دار وجود دارد. نتايج رگرسيون خطي ساده نشان مي دهند اعتماد بين فردي انتخاب سبك‌هاي مسالمت‌آميز و رفتارهاي سياسي عدم انتخاب سبك‌هاي مسالمت‌آميز حل تعارض را پيش‌بيني مي‌كنند.

This study was done with the aim of assessment of the Relationship between interpersonal trust & Political Behaviors with Conflict Resolution Style Among employees of Physical Education chosen Provinces office. The way of Cochranʹs Formula was determined 276 numbers of samples. In other to, numbers 400 questionnaires were distributed among employees of Physical Education chosen Provinces office by simple randomly-classified. Overall numbers 296 questionnaires were collected among employees. Interpersonal trust, Political behaviors and conflict resolution style were measured by ITW, PB and ROCI-II questionnaires. The results analysis by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test and simple linear regression. The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between interpersonal trust and political behaviors. Also results showed that there were positive and significant relationship between interpersonal trust with cooperative conflict resolution style and negative and significant relationship between political behaviors with uncooperative conflict resolution style. Further resultʹs regression analysis showed that interpersonal trust and political behaviors are predictors of choice and non-choice cooperative conflict resolution style.
