بررسي ميزان جامعه‌نگر بودن آموزش پزشكي از ديدگاه دانشجويان فيزيوپاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه

SURVEY OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED MEDICAL EDUCATION FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF PHYSIOPATHOLOGY URMIA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

پيش زمينه و هدف: در سال‌هاي اخير فعاليت‌هاي زيادي براي تغيير در سيستم آموزشي و بهبود آموزش پزشكي و پيراپزشكي صورت گرفته است. يكي از اين تغييرات ادغام آموزش علوم پزشكي در وزارت بهداشت و درمان و به تبع آن راه اندازي آموزش جامعه‌نگر مي‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسي و مقايسه ميزان جامعه‌نگر بودن آموزش پزشكي از ديدگاه دانشجويان فيزيوپاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه در سال‌هاي 1384 و 1391 مي‌باشد. روش كار: پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي مي‌باشد كه به صورت مقطعي بر روي كليه دانشجويان فيزيوپاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه با روش نمونه گيري غيراحتمالي آسان در سال‌هاي تحصيلي 1384و 1391 انجام شده است. حجم نمونه برابر با حجم جامعه مي‌باشد كه شامل 47 نفر دانشجوي پاتوفيزيولوژي(سال 1384) و 58 نفر(سال 1391) مي‌باشد. يافته‌ها: بيشترين ميزان تبحر دانشجويان در دوره پزشكي از نظر دانشجويان فيزيوپاتولوژي سال 1384، مربوط به متدولوژي تحقيق به ميزان 8/46درصد، رهبري و مديريت تيم پزشكي به ميزان 6/42درصد و آخرين اطلاعات پزشكي به ميزان 4/40درصد است و ناموفق‌ترين آن‌ها مربوط به آخرين اطلاعات پزشكي، دانش كسب شده در زمينه علوم پايه، پيشگيري از بيماري‌ها، تشخيص باليني و درمان بيماري‌ها بود. و از نظر دانشجويان در سال 1391 مربوط به مربوط به متدولوژي روش تحقيق به ميزان 31درصد، رهبري و مديريت تيم پزشكي به ميزان 19درصد و آخرين اطلاعات پزشكي به ميزان 19درصد است و ناموفق‌ترين آن‌ها مربوط به علوم اجتماعي، رفتاري و مسايل انساني مي‌باشد. نتيجه گيري: هرچند دانشگاه تاكيد زيادي بر روي آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر جامعه دارد ولي هنوز فاصله زيادي تا ميزان رضايت بخش و مطلوب دارد. با وجود چنين فاصله‌اي، قرار گرفتن پزشكان در بطن جامعه و مشاهده شرايط جامعه تاثير فراواني بر روي مطابقت پزشكان با نيازهاي واقعي جامعه دارد.

Background & Aims: In recent years, many efforts to change the education system to improve medical and paramedical training have taken place. One of the changes incorporated is merging of Education in the Ministry of Health and setting up of community oriented medical education accordingly. The purpose of this study was to compare the rate of community oriented medical education physiopathology students’ perspective in the years 2005 and 2012 in Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Materials & Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on all students in the physiopathology of Urmia University of Medical Sciences during the academic years 2005 and 2012 with convenience sampling. The sample included 47 Pathophysiology students in 2005 and 58 students in 2012. Results: The most proficiency of the students in physiopathology course in 2005 are in Research Methodology of 46/8%, Medical leadership and management of 42/6%, and the Latest Medical Information of 40/4% and from the other hand the most deficiencies of the students in physiopathology course in 2005 are in Latest medical knowledge in the fields of Basic science, Disease prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases. However, the most proficiency of the students in physiopathology course in 2012 are in Research Methodology of 31%, Medical leadership and management of 19%, and the Latest medical information of 19%, and the most deficiencies of the students in physiopathology course in 2012 are in Social, Behavioral, and Human science. Conclusion: Although the University has stress on community-based medical education, but still the University needs attempt to reach satisfaction and desirable points. The physicians need to be inside of community and match their educational needs according the environmental and communities change and need to have more and more community base medical education.
