الگوي مقابله با جنگ نرم آمريكا

The model of confronting with the soft war of USA

رويكرد آمريكا در سال‌هاي اخير براندازي نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي با راهبرد جنگ نرم مي‌باشد. مقابله با اين تهديد پيچيده وخطرناك از اولويت‌هاي اصلي كشور است. مقاله حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي مقابله با جنگ نرم آمريكا انجام گرفت. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و به روش توصيفي،پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق 200 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي، مديران ارشد و راهبردي، پژوهشگران و خبرگان آشنا به موضوع تهديد نرم هستند. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش طبق فرمول كوكران 132 نفر تعيين گرديد. در اين مقاله ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي الگو مقابله با جنگ نرم و همچنين روابط بين آن‌ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج تحليل‌ها نشان داد كه الگو مقابله با جنگ نرم آمريكا، داراي پنج بعد، ده مولفه است، و تعدادي شاخص مي‌باشد حاصل نتايج الگو ساختاري بيانگر اين است كه ابعاد روانشناختي و اجتماعي نسبت به ديگر ابعاد، و شاخص عمل به رهنمودهاي ولي فقيه از اعتبار و وزن بيشتري برخورداراست. اين مقاله پيشنهاد دارد كه مهم ترين مولفه‌هاي قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي ؛ اشاعه ارزشها وتفكر اسلام ناب، سرمايه اجتماعي و تفكر بسيجي، ارتقا روحيه ولايتمداري، ارتباط‌گيري موثر، جلب رضايت و همراه سازي مردم در برنامه‌هاي كاربردي مسوولين كشور مورد توجه اساسي و راهبردي قرار گيرد.

The approach of USA toward Iran in recent years has been overthrowing of sacred government of Islamic republic of Iran via strategy of soft war. Confronting with this complex and dangerous is of main priorities of our country. The purpose of the Current article is to plan a model for confronting with the soft war of USA. The type of the study is practical and the method is descriptive–measuring. Statistic community consists of 200 members of scientific board of universities, strategic and senior managers, researchers and experts familiar with soft threat. Statistic sample of this study is determined to be 132 persons. In this article, dimensions, components and indicators of the model of confronting with the soft war and also relations among them is examined. Results of analyzes showed that the model of confronting with the soft war of USA has 5 dimensions, 10 components and some indicators. The results of the structural model indicate that psychological and social dimensions, and also the indicator of obedience to supreme leader’s guidance in comparison to other dimensions and indicators have more validity. This article suggests that most important components of Iran’s soft war including spreading values and pure Islamic thought, social capital and Basij thought, promoting the spirit of obedience to supreme leader, satisfying people and to encourage them to cooperate with practical programs of country’s authorities should have most importance.
