موضوع بحران و توسعه سياسي يكي از دغدغههاي اصلي جامعه بشري است كه با يكديگر ارتباطي دوسويه دارند. نظامهاي سياسي براي حركت به سوي توسعه سياسي به طور معمول با مشكلاتي روبرو ميشوند كه ميتواند زمينههاي داخلي يا خارجي داشته باشد. اين مشكلات در حوزه داخلي ناشي از مخالفت توده مردم يا نخبگان جامعه و در حوزه خارجي دخالت مستقيم يا غيرمستقيم بيگانگان است. زماني كه اين مشكلات عمق پيدا ميكنند، ميتوانند به بحران تبديل شوند. به همين دليل، عبور از بحرانها يكي از مهمترين مسايلي است كه جامعه را به سمت توسعه سياسي سوق ميدهد. اين مقاله در پاسخ به اين سوال كه «بحران­هاي سياسي چگونه در توسعه سياسي ايران نقش ايفا ميكند»، از روش تحقيق توصيفي و از روشهاي ميداني و اسنادي به عنوان روشهاي گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده نموده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را استادان و دانشجويان مقاطع كارشناسيارشد و دكتري گرايشهاي مختلف رشته علوم سياسي دانشگاههاي سطح شهر تهران تشكيل داده كه امكان دسترسي به 82 نفر از آنان در اين پژوهش فراهم گرديد و با توجه به محدودبودن جامعه آماري، كل اين جامعه به عنوان حجم نمونه مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفته است. يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر كه مهمترين بحرانها را در توسعه سياسي بر اساس نظرات پاي مورد بررسي قرار داده، نشان ميدهد كه بحرانهاي سياسي شامل بحرانهاي هويت، مشروعيت، مشاركت، توزيع و نفوذ با تاثيرگذاري بر حضور تودهها در صحنه تحولات اجتماعي و سياسي در روند دستيابي به توسعه سياسي در ايران نقش آفريني مينمايند.

The mutual relations between the crisis and Political Development are one of the main preoccupations of the human society. in order to move toward political development, Political systems face problems in Areas which might have internal or external backgrounds. In the domestic sphere, the problems stems from the opposition of masses or the elites. In the external arena, they are the results of the indirect involvement of outsiders. When these problems are deep, they could turn into the crisis. Passing through the crises, thus, and their ways of handling is one of the most critical issues that will lead society into political development. Using descriptive research method and relying on documentary sources, this article try to answer the following question: “what roles do the political crises have in the political development of Iran? The total number of 82 Professors, Ph.D. and M.A. students in different trends are the statistical population of this study in the field of political science in the Universities of Tehran. Using Lucian Pye’s pattern of the most important crises in political development, The findings of this study show that Political crises such as the identity, legitimacy, participation, distribution and influence have impacted the presence of the masses In political and social transformations and, thus, have played big role In the process of political development In the Iran.
