شناسايي و اعتبارسنجي شايستگي‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان اثربخش

Identification and validation of effective teachers’ professional competence

چكيده: هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، شناسايي و اعتبارسنجي شايستگي‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان اثربخش مي‌باشد. به‌همين منظور، از ميان معلمان مدارس دوره ابتدايي شهر تهران، نمونه‌اي به حجم 375 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري چند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. پس از انجام تحليل عاملي روي آزمون، 98 شايستگي و يا صلاحيت در 7 بعد يا مولفه اصلي، شامل پيش‌نيازهاي معلم، ويژگي‌هاي شخصي معلم، برنامه‌ريزي و آمادگي، مديريت و سازمان‌دهي كلاس درس، آموزش يا تدريس، نظارت بر پيشرفت و توان دانش‌آموزان و مسيوليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي شناسايي شد. در بعد پيش‌نيازهاي معلم، داشتن توانايي كلامي براي انتقال مفاهيم به دانش‌آموزان؛ در بعد نظارت بر پيشرفت دانش‌آموزان، توضيح تكاليف به زبان روشن؛ در بعد مسيوليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي، داشتن رفتار و تعامل محترمانه با والدين دانش‌آموزان؛ در بعد برنامه‌ريزي و آمادگي، بيان نتايج درس به زبان روشن؛ در بعد مديريت و سازماندهي كلاس درس، آماده كردن پيشاپيش مواد آموزشي براي استفاده در كلاس؛ در بعد ويژگي‌هاي شخصي معلم، ايجاد فرصت‌هايي براي موفقيت همه دانش‌آموزان و در بعد آموزش يا تدريس نيز، بهره‌گيري از مفاهيم و زبان متناسب با سن و سوابق دانش‌آموزان، مهم‌ترين شايستگي‌هايي شناسايي شده است كه معلمان اثربخش بايد از آن برخوردار باشند.

The purpose of this research was to identify and validate the professional competences of effective teachers. For this purpose, a sample of 375 people among the teachers of Tehran elementary schools was selected using multistage sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire has been used to collect the information. After factorial analysis of the test, 98 competences were identified in seven dimensions or main components of teacher’s prerequisites, teacher’s personal characteristics, planning and preparing, managing and organizing the classroom, instuction or teaching, monitoring students’ progress and capabilities and professional responsibilities. In teacher’s prerequisites dimension, having the verbal ability to transfer concepts to the students; in monitoring students’ progress and capabilities dimension, explaining the homework clearly; in professional responsibilities dimension, having respectful interaction and behaviour with students’ parents; in planning and preparing dimension, expressing the result of the lesson clearly; in managing and organizing the classroom dimension, preparing educational materials in advance for using in the classroom; in teacher’s personal characteristics dimension, creating opportunities for all the students’ success, and in instruction or teaching dimension, utilizing the concepts and language appropriate with the age and records of the students are the most important identified competences which the effective teachers
