مديريت مصرف انرژي رايانه‌ها در ادارات و سازمان‌ها با رويكرد تغيير نگرش و رفتار نيروي انساني رضا شفيع زاده عضو هيات علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ساوه rsg1189@yahoo.com فاطمه فلك دوست * كارشناس ارشد مديريت دولتي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد علوم و تحقيقات ساوه ftm_falakdoost@yahoo.com تاريخ دريافت: 05/04/91 تاريخ پذيرش: 29/02/92 چكيده در دنياي كنوني كه استفاده از تكنولوژي در ادارات و سازمان ها توسعه روزافزون دارد مصرف انرژي توسط لوازم مختلف نيز رو به افزايش است. امروزه يكي از عوامل مهم افزايش مصرف انرژي الكتريكي در ادارات رايانه ها و لوازم جانبي آنها مانند مانيتورها، اسكنرها و پرينترها مي باشند به طوري كه مصرف كل آنها دراغلب اوقات اداري حتي به بيشتر از مصرف روشنايي مي رسد. اگر كاربران با مديريت صحيح مصرف انرژي الكتريكي رايانه ها آشنايي داشته باشند و به باور دروني مزاياي صرفه جويي دست يابند اقدام به تغيير نوع رفتار خود در زمينه استفاده از اين لوازم مي نمايند. از آن جمله مي توان به آگاه ساختن آنها به مواردي چون فعال كردن مدهاي مختلف با مصرف انرژي پايين ، استفاده از صفحه نمايش سياه ، خاموش كردن رايانه ، نحوه استفاده از برنامه هاي محافظ صفحه نمايش يا screen saver و غيره اشاره نمود. هدف از طرح اين مقاله بررسي مصرف انرژي رايانه ها و لوازم جانبي آنها به عنوان يك نمونه در ستاد شركت انتقال گاز ايران در چهار وضعيت مختلف و تعيين ميزان صرفه جويي مي باشد كه در پايان به منظور بهبود مصرف انرژي راهكارهايي در خصوص بهينه سازي عملكرد كاركنان جهت صرفه جويي انرژي در رايانه ها ارايه مي گردد. طبقه‌بندي JEL : Q48 , Q43 , Q41 , Q38 كليد واژه‌: صرفه‌جويي انرژي، آموزش، مديريت انرژي، تغيير رفتار

Obviously, excessive energy consumption can have negative effects on the environment. Effective management of energy consumption can be promoted by changing behavior of personnel with respect to energy use through training of personnel on optimal consumption patterns, information dissemination about energy saving measures and their positive effects, and motivating the personnel to pay more attention to energy conservation. Nowadays, one of the most important causes of increasing usage of electric energy in offices are computers and accessories such as monitors, scanners, and printers, that consume more electricity than lighting. If the users become familiar with effective use of electric energy and gain the inner belief of the advantages of economization, they will change their attitude toward the use of information technology devices. To achieve this, it is necessary to acknowledge and train the personnel in the field of energy consumption management and also the effective and correct usage of computers and their accessories. The aim of the present article is to assess the energy consumption of computers and their accessories energy consumption in Iran Gas Transferring Company under four occasions, and to define the scope for energy economization. Finally, some suggestions are presented for improving the energy saving behavior of personnel while using computers.
