Emotional Training From Imam Ali,s (AS) Viewpoint and Implications of its Managerial Training

شناخت عواطف و نحوه ي رشد و ميزان تاثيرگذاري آنها در رفتار فردي و اجتماعي و پرورش متعادل آنها جهت پيشگيري از فقـر عاطفي، از مباحث مهم تربيتي و اخلاقي به شمار مي آيـد. هـدف از اين تحقيق بررسي ديدگاه هاي حضرت علي(ع) در مورد تربيت برخي ازعواطف با تاكيد بر اهميت آن در مديريت آموزشي در قالب بررسي محتوي نهج البلاغه مي باشد. بدين منظور تمام خطبه ها، حكمت-ها و نامه هاي نهج البلاغه با دقت مطالعه شد و عبارات مرتبط با شادي و غم، تواضع و تكبر و صبر و جزع به همراه شماره خطبه، نامه و حكمت استخراج و برمبناي آن توصيه هايي به متربي و مديران شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه حضرت علي(ع) نه تنها شادي را نفي نكرده بلكه روش هايي براي دستيابي به شادي و دوري از غم نيز توصيه كرده، همچنين آثار تواضع را به متربي گوشزد و مردم را به خطر تكبر و خودبزرگ بيني هشدار مي دهند. صبر را نخستين پايه ايمان به حساب مي آورند و بي تابي را عامل اندوه مومن معرفي مي كنند.

Some of the important educational and moral issues are included understanding the emotions, their growth method and their effectiveness level in individual and social behavior and their balanced development to prevent the lack of emotion. The aim of this research is to study the Imam Ali’s (AS) views on training some of the emotions emphasizing its importance in educational management in terms of studying the contexts of Nahj-ol-balagha. In order to do that, sermons, wisdom and letters of Nahj-ol-balagha have been studied by using context analysis method. Moreover, expressions related to joy, sadness, arrogance, modesty, patience and impatience have been extracted and analyzed; Some advices also have been suggested to managers and teachers. The obtained results have shown that not only has Imam Ali (AS) neglected the joy, but also he has recommended some ways to achieve happiness and to avoid sorrow. He also has informed teachers about the effects of modesty and has warned people about bad effects of arrogance and self-important. Patience is considered the first base of faith. he has introduced the impatience as a grief factor for a believer.
