استفاده از اينترنت و احساس امنيت اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه باهنر كرمان)

The Study of Relation Between Internet Usage and Societal Security Feeling (Case Study University of Kerman)

مقاله حاضر به بحث درباره احساس امنيت اجتماعي به‌عنوان يكي از نيازهاي ضروري بشر در دوران امروز كه خصوصاً ارتباطات و اطلاعات يكي از لوازم ضروري آن به‌نظر مي‌رسد، مي‌پردازد. مطابق با برخي رويكردها، جهاني شدن به‌طور عام و جهاني شدن فرهنگي يكي از عواملي است كه امروزه امنيت اجتماعي را به خطر انداخته است. بدين اعتبار سوال اصلي اين است كه آيا استفاده از اينترنت كه از لوازم جهاني شدن فرهنگي است باعث تضعيف احساس امنيت اجتماعي مي‌شود؟ اين نوشتار با استفاده از روش پيمايش و در بين نمونه‌اي 349 نفري از دانشجويان دانشگاه باهنر كرمان اجرا شده است. چارچوب نظري، يك چارچوب تلفيقي از نظريه‌هاي مكتب كپنهاگ و نظريه چلبي بر اساس آجيل پارسونز مي‌باشد. نتايج به‌دست آمده از بررسي نشان مي‌دهد كه هرچه ميزان و سابقه استفاده از اينترنت بيشتر شود، احساس امنيت اجتماعي كاهش پيدا مي‌كند. همچنين بين نوع و ميزان استفاده از اينترنت و احساس امنيت اجتماعي نيز رابطه وجود دارد. به‌گونه‌اي كه از يكسو استفاده بيانگر از اينترنت در مقايسه با مصرف ابزاري آن احساس امنيت اجتماعي را بيشتر كاهش مي‌دهد و از سوي ديگر كساني كه از سايت‌هاي فيلترشده استفاده مي‌كنند، احساس امنيت اجتماعي پايين‌تري نيز نسبت به بقيه دارند.

This study argues about societal security feeling which one the humanʹs essential needs is in this period of time when communication and information is its necessary appliance. So globalization in general and cultural globalization in special is one of the factors that have endangered societal security. Internet is one of the cultural globalization supplies that can weaken the societal security filling. The theoretical base of this study is consisted of Copenhag school theories Masoud Chalabi;s theory according to ʹ(AGOL) Parsonsʹ. We also used Gidensʹ theory and theories about the effects of media in order to investigate the effect of internet on societal security feeling. This study has been performed over a sample of 349 students of Bahonar university of Kerman by method of sampling proportional to size. In order to study of societal security feeling we divided it into identical security, cultural security, intellectual security and communicational security. The result of this study indicate that there is a relation between the rate of internet usage. History of internet usage and societal security feeling. Also there is a relation between the kind and the rate of internet usage, and societal security feeling and finally there is a relation between the model of internet usage and societal security feeling. That means the student who have adjective internet usage and filtered sites; they have lower societal security feeling than the order.
