راهبرد توليد علم بر اساس تحليل ساختارهاي سازماني و مديريتي دانشگاه‌ها

Science Creatting Strategy based on Organizational Structures and Management Style for High Educations Centers

چكيده هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي موانع توليد علم در ابعاد سازماني ـ مديريتي، مالي و راهبردي از ديدگاه اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي در سال تحصيلي 90ـ 1389 بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي ـ پيمايشي و جامعه آماري 546 نفر شامل كليه اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي بود كه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد 226 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه مورد نظر پاسخ دادند. نتايج آزمون t تك گروهي و آزمون فريدمن نشان داد كه از ديدگاه اعضاي هييت علمي موانع راهبردي، موانع مالي و موانع سازماني ـ مديريتي در حد بالا بر توليد علم تاثير گذار و به ترتيب از درجه اهميت بيشتري نسبت به يكديگر برخوردار هستند كه در اين بين عواملي نظير عدم تعامل مناسب دانشگاه ها و مراكز پژوهشي با بخش هاي صنعتي و اجرايي كشور، كافي نبودن اعتبارات تحقيقاتي و ناتواني ساختار اجرايي و اداري در كاربست نتايج يافته هاي پژوهشي به ترتيب در صدر موانع مذكور قرار گرفتند.

Organizational Structures and Management Style for High Educations Centers Abbas Ali Norouzi*, Mahmood Abolghasemi**, Mohammad Gahramani***1 Abstract The aim of this research was to examine the barriers to academic development from the viewpoint of Shahid Beheshti University staff in the academic year 1389-90. The research method was descriptive (survey) and statistical population )546 professors( included all faculty members at Shahid Beheshti University. A sample of 226 professors was selected through stratified random sampling to participate in the study. Participants completed the questionnaire developed by the researcher. One-sample T-test and Friedman test results showed that obstacles including strategic, financial and organizational - managerial ones have great impact on the academic development from the faculty viewpoint. Among the factors lack of proper interaction between universities and research centers with industrial and government departments of the country, inadequate funding for research and inability of the executive and administrative structure in application of research findings were located at the top barriers mentioned respectively.
