تبيين نقش راهبردي عمليات مديريت زنجيره تامين در بهبود عملكرد شركت: مطالعه صنعت مواد غذايي ايران

Explaining the Strategic Role of Supply Chain Management Operations in Firm Performance Improvement: A Study of Iranian Food Industry

در عصر رقابتي كنوني، شركت ها به منظور كسب مزيت رقابتي و ارتقاي موقعيت بازارشان مي‌بايست بر قابليت ها و منابع كليدي خود تمركز نمايند. در واقع، رقابت پذيري شركت هاي توليدي بر توسعه شايستگي هاي آن‌ها متكي است. در اين ميان، مديريت زنجيره تامين به عنوان ابزاري قدرتمند جهت ارتقاي رشد شركت ها و خلق مزيت رقابتي در نظر گرفته مي شود. عمليات مديريت زنجيره تامين نقش حياتي در تصميمات مديريتي ايفا مي كند تا آنجا كه مي تواند اثرات قابل ملاحظه اي بر سودآوري و موفقيت عملياتي شركت ها اعمال نمايد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر، مطالعه چگونگي اثرگذاري عمليات مديريت زنجيره تامين بر عملكرد شركت است. به دليل بررسي اكتشافي شاخص هاي متفاوتي از متغير عمليات مديريت زنجيره تامين در اين تحقيق، از روش تحليل عامل اكتشافي استفاده شد. با توجه به نتايج حاصل از تحليل عامل اكتشافي، عمليات مديريت زنجيره تامين بر اساس سه عامل عمليات تداركات، عمليات توليد، و عمليات توزيع گروه بندي گرديد و تاثير اين عوامل بر عملكرد شركت با استفاده از رويكرد مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري به روش حداقل مجذورات جزيي (PLS) مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل حاكي از آن است كه عمليات تداركات اثري بر عملكرد شركت نمي گذارد. همچنين يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه عمليات توليد و توزيع داراي اثر مستقيم و مثبت بر عملكرد شركت است و موجب بهبود عملكرد مي گردد.

Facing a globally competitive age, firms should focus on their own key capabilities and resources to achieve competitive advantages and enhance their market position. In fact, the competitiveness of manufacturing firms is relied on development of competencies. Supply chain management (SCM) is considered as a powerful tool for driving growth and creating competitive advantages. Supply chain management is a concept that involves different perspectives and has been the subject of numerous studies in different academic fields and empirical examinations. Among other related issues, the operations involved in supply chain management play a critical role in managerial decisions and can exert significant leverage on profitability and operational success. The aim of this research is to study how supply chain management operations affect firm performance. The compiled data for this study were analyzed by structural equations modeling using PLS-Graph software. In analytical statistics of this paper, whereas different indices of supply chain management operations have been reviewed explanatory, for identifying the latent variables, EFA was applied using SPSS software. The results indicate that procurement operation has no direct positive impact on firm performance. Also, according to the findings, production and distribution operations influence firm performance directly and positively and result to improvement in firm performance.
