بررسي كيفي چگونگي انطباق اهداف آموزش عالي با مقتضيات بُعد اقتصادي جهاني شدن

Qualitative Study of Adapting Goals of Higher Education with Necessities of Economic Aspect of Globalization (Faculty Members of Tehran Universities Viewpoint)

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي چگونگي انطباق اهداف آموزش عالي با مقتضيات بُعد اقتصادي جهانيشدن از ديد اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاههاي شهر تهران بود. روش انجام پژوهش، كيفي و جامعه پژوهش، اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاههاي شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي86- 85 بوده كه با بهرهگيري از روش نمونهگيري هدفمند،50 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري دادهها، فرم پرسشنامه باز پاسخ بوده و دادههاي حاصل از بررسي، به شيوه كيفي، تجزيه و تحليل شده است. يافتههاي پژوهش عبارتند از: 1. عمدهترين پيامدهاي اقتصادي جهانيشدن بر اهداف آموزش عالي ايران شامل ضرورت طرح موضوعاتي چون: تجارت آزاد جهاني، يكپارچهسازي بازرگاني، اتخاذ تدابيري در مقابله با مصرفگرايي، بازار رقابت و جريان آزاد انتقال كالا و خدمات و سرمايه و فنّاوري، تاثيرالزامات فنّاورانه و مقتضيات اقتصادي بر سبك زندگي و فرهنگ در فرايند جهانيشدن، امكان ابزاري شدن آموزش و پرورش در خدمت اقتصاد بدون توجه به خواستههاي ملتها وآرمانهاي اصيل تعليم و تربيت، نياز جوامع به رشد اجتماعي و فرهنگي، بالا بردن سطح زندگي شهروندان از راه مناسبات صحيح اقتصادي و تجارت ميان كشورها، توجه آموزش عالي به حفظ محيط زيست، توجه آموزش عالي به حقوق مشترك و نقش دولتها، فراهم آوردن امكانات اشتغال كامل، تحرّك شفاف سرمايه و ... بوده است. نتيجه گيري: توليد دانش گسترده، تربيت افرادي با شخصيت جامع، صرفهجويي در وقت و هزينه و توليد بيشتر، آموزش همگاني در سطح بالا، از بين رفتن شكل سنّتي و ساختار قديمي دانشگاهها و در نهايت، تغيير در نوع و شيوه زندگي و كسب لذت بيشتر از زندگي، از آثار و پيامدهاي جهانيشدن و تاثير آن بر آموزش عالي مي باشد.

Aim: The present research aims to develop a qualitative study about adapting goals of higher education with necessities of economic aspect of globalization in the viewpoint of faculty members of Tehran Universities. Method: The research method is qualitative type; statistical population consisted of all faculty members of Tehran universities during 2006-2007 year from which a sample of 50 persons was selected through an aimed sampling method. The research instruments were an open answer questionnaire. At last, collected data was analyzed through qualitative method. Results: The major findings of the research are:1- economic main conclusion of globalization in goals of higher education from faculty point of view involved some subjects such as: world free trade, business integration by eliminating trade boundaries, necessity of adapting some solutions to confront with consumption, necessity of competitive market and free flow of goods transition, services, capital and technology, impact of technologic and economic on culture and life style in globalization circumstances process, the possibility of education in behalf of economic without attention to nations will and basic missions of education, commitment of higher education to APEC statement for training labors and economic affairs, society need to growth social and culture influenced by economical attentions, attention higher education to environment protection, attention higher education to common rights and governments roles.2- main essential adapting in goals of higher education proportional with economic aspect of globalization including planning to growth of global culture trade, environment protection within of students, growth culture commerce focused on common rights and determining government on it, determining concept of global integration and eliminating trade boundaries for students. Conclusion: The author of the article concludes the following items as consequences of globalization and the effect on higher education: to develop the knowledge ,training qualitative experts, more production, general education ,changes in traditional form of universities and on the whole changes in life style.
