To Recognize and Clarify the Suitability of Managers

هدف اين مقاله، شناسايي و تبيين شايستگيهاي مديران دانشگاهها بوده است. روش: روش مقاله پيماشي(survey) مي باشد. براي رسيدن به هدف، به مطالعه عميق مباني موضوع شايستگي پرداخته شده است و از نظرات مديران دانشگاه به عنوان خبره، براي طراحي الگوي اوليه و سپس براي تكميل آن، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، تمامي مديران دانشگاهي استان قم بوده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه مديران دانشگاه بايد داراي شايستگيهاي مديريتي، اجتماعي و فردي باشند. شايستگيهاي مديريتي شامل شايستگيهاي ادراكي، رهبري، تصميمگيري و اجرايي؛ شايستگيهاي اجتماعي شامل شايستگيهاي ارتباطي، كار تيمي، مديريت افراد و دانشجومحوري و شايستگيهاي فردي شامل ويژگيهاي شخصيتي، اخلاقي و اختصاصي است. نتيجه‌گيري: فهرست شايستگي‌هاي مديران دانشگاه بر مبناي سه چارچوب محوري شايستگي اجتماعي، شايستگي فردي و شايستگي مديريتي استوار است.

Aim: The aim of the present article is to recognize and clarify the suitability of managers in universities. Method: In order to obtain the mentioned goal in the present article the basis of subject have been deeply studied and analyzed. The authors of the article have paid attention to idea of managers in universities as experts and to plan the project the runners of research have designed a primitive model and questionnaire to fulfill the pattern. Managers of Ghom Universities are statistics universe. Result: The results of the study show that managers of universities should be qualified and adequate in all of management, social and individual aspects. The suitability and virtues of managers in universities are based on understanding, decisive and executive leadership, social adequacies are within communication and teamwork ability, and individual suitabilityʹs are observed in characteristics like morals and ethic. Conclusion: The suitability of managers in universities is based on three dimensions: social, individual and management suitability.
