Social Justice and its Effect on Security of the Society

عدالت اجتماعي يكي از هنجارهاي اجتماعي است كه زندگي جمعي صلح‌آميز، رضايت‌بخش و آرام را ممكن مي‌سازد. برابري اجتماعي در سه عرصه سياسي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي، قانونمندي‏، اعطاي حقوق‏ و توازن‏، از مفاهيم بنيادين تشكيل‌دهنده عدالت اجتماعي‌اند. با وجود ارايه تعاريف مختلف از عدالت اجتماعي، هيچ كس نسبت به اصالت و حقانيت آن ترديد ندارد و دستيابي به آن، يكي از اساسي‌ترين اصول نظامهاي اجتماعي است. بدون تحقق عدالت اجتماعي، حفظ امنيت و رضايت سياسي امكان‌پذير نيست. در اين مقاله بُعد اجتماعي عدالت و چگونگي ارتباط آن با مفهوم امنيت جامعه و رضايت سياسي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اين مقاله با ارايه تعاريف مفهوم عدالت اجتماعي، تلاش كرده به اين سوال اصلي بپردازد كه نسبت ميان عدالت اجتماعي و امنيت جامعه چيست؟ در پاسخ به اين سوال، به بيان اين فرضيه پرداخته شده كه مفهوم عدالت اجتماعي از طريق تكامل ساختاري و رشد شخصيت فردي به دست مي‌آيد و بدون توانمندي و مشاركت مردمي، غير قابل دسترسي است. اين مفهوم از عدالت بر رضايت سياسي و امنيت جامعه تاثير مستقيم دارد. تامين برابري و رفاه اقتصادي، تامين آزادي‌هاي سياسي، فراهم كردن زمينه‌هاي لازم براي مشاركت سياسي مردم، رشد شخصيت فردي، تكامل ساختاري، مقابله با تبعيضهاي اجتماعي و فراهم كردن زمينه‌هاي مشاركت گروههاي جامعه در زمينه مبارزه با فقر، از جمله راهكارهايي است كه با تامين عدالت اجتماعي و امنيت جامعه، رضايت سياسي افراد را نيز افزايش مي‌دهد.

Social justice is a social norm that makes a peaceful, satisfactory collective life possible. Social equality in three domains- i.e. political, cultural, and economic-, conformity to law, and granting of rights and establishing balance are fundamental concepts that form social justice. Despite different definitions of social justice, nobody questions its originality and authenticity, the achievement of which is one of the most fundamental principles of social systems. It is impossible to protect security and achieve political consent without achieving social justice. This article considers the social dimension of justice and how it relates to the concept of security in the society and political consent. It tries also to address the question of: what is the relation between social justice and security in the society? by offering definitions of the concept of social justice. In answering the question above, the article explains the hypothesis that the concept of social justice is achieved through structural evolution and the growth of individual personality, and that it is unachievable without public participation and competence. This concept of justice directly influences political consent and the security of the society. Providing economic equality and welfare, providing political liberties, providing the necessary grounds for public political participation, fostering individual personality development and structural evolution, countering social prejudices, and providing the required grounds for participation on the part of social groups in fighting poverty are courses that increase the political consent of individuals while providing social justice and security.
