راهبردهاي مقابله با تهديد نرم دشمن در حوزه اجتماعي- فرهنگي

Strategies to Counter the Soft Threat of Enemy in Social and Cultural Domains

جهان غرب و تفكر ليبرال دمكراسي به سركردگي امريكا، براي براندازي و ساقط كردن جمهوري اسلامي ايران، تاكتيك ها و اقدامات مختلفي را در محيط سخت-افزاري از قبيل كودتا، ترور، غايله‌هاي منطقه‌اي، جنگ تحميلي و گونه‌هاي مختلف تحريم را به كار برده؛ اما به هدف خود نرسيده است. هم اكنون خط مواجهه ميان جمهوري اسلامي به عنوان قبله عالم فرهنگ اسلامي و آمريكا و عوامل داخلي و خارجي آن به عنوان قبله عالم فرهنگ ليبرال دموكراسي در چارچوب مسايل فرهنگي، بيش از پيش نمايان گشته و تهديدات دشمنان بيش از گذشته بر محور تهديدهاي نرم استوار شده است. مطالعات انجام شده در حوزه اجتماعي- فرهنگي بيان كننده اين است كه تهديدهاي نرم دشمن در اين حوزه، در صدد كاهش احساس تعلق مردم به نظام، كم اثر كردن مولفه‌هاي ديني و ملي تشكيل دهنده هويت ملي، برجسته كردن مسايل قومي، نژادي و مذهبي، كاهش اعتماد مردم به نظام، ايجاد شكاف بين مردم و مسيولان، بي اعتماد كردن مردم به رسانه‌هاي خودي و تعميق شكاف‌هاي نسلي و نشان دادن و بزرگنمايي تبعيض بين قوميت‌ها و مذاهب است. بر اين اساس براي مقابله با تهديد نرم لازم است كه ابعاد و مظاهر تهديدهاي نرم دشمن را بررسي كنيم و به دنبال تدوين راهبردهاي مقابله با آن باشيم. در اين مقاله به طور مشخص به تهديدهاي نرم امريكا در حوزه اجتماعي- فرهنگي و راهبردهاي مقابله با آنها پرداخته شده است. راهبردهاي احصا شده براي مقابله با تهديدهاي نرم دشمن در حوزه اجتماعي- فرهنگي، به گونه‌اي است كه به كار بستن آنها امكان مقابله هدفمند در خنثي نمودن بخش اعظم تهديدهاي نرم احصا شده عليه نظام در حوزه فرهنگي- اجتماعي را دارد.

The West and the ideology of liberal democracy led by America to subvert and overthrow the Islamic Republic of Iran, applied different tactics and procedures such as coups, assassinations, regional unrests, imposed war and various kinds of sanctions in the hardware space, but their goal is not achieved. The line already confronting the Islamic Republic, as the world center of Islamic culture and America and its internal and external factors as the center of world culture of liberal democracy, has been surfaced in the context of cultural issues more than ever before And threats of enemies More than ever was built based on soft threats. Studies in social and cultural domains indicates that enemy’s soft threats in this area seeks to reduce the sense of belonging to the system, reducing the effect of the national and constitutive religious components of national identity, highlighting ethnic, racial, and religious issues, reducing public confidence to system, creating a gap between the people and the authorities, creating public distrust to the own media and deepening the generational gap, is showing and zooming discrimination between ethnicities and religions. Accordingly to deal with soft threat it is necessary to examine the dimensions and manifestations of the enemyʹs soft threats and we should develop strategies to deal with it. In this paper, the Americaʹs soft threats in the areas of social, cultural, domains and strategies to overcome them are particularly discussed. The considered strategies for dealing with enemy’s soft threats in the areas of social and cultural is such that applying them, deals with the possibility of targeted opposition in thwarting much of soft threats considered against system in cultural, social areas.
