بررسي كارايي پنبه كاران كشور با استفاده از روش هاي اندازه گيري ويژه و استاندارد

Evaluation of cotton farmerʹʹs efficiency in country with specific measurement and standard method (Approach of Data Envelopment Analysis Nonparametric)

پنبه به علت مصارف گوناگون در دنياي امروز، اهميت اقتصادي و تجاري زيادي دارد. اين محصول يكي از مهم‌ترين گياهان روغني در سطح جهان مي‌باشد و كشت و كار آن در كشور به طور روز افزون افزايش مي‌يابد. با توجه به اينكه اين محصول ماده اوليه صنايع نساجي مي باشد، كشت آن در سال‌هاي اخير مورد توجه دولت قرار گرفته است. لذا، بررسي كارايي اين محصول عامل بسيار مهم و تاثير گذاري در افزايش توليد و عملكرد آن، بدون نياز به هزينه اضافي مي‌باشد. در مطالعه حاضر انواع كارايي فني، تخصيصي، اقتصادي و مقياس با دو روش استاندارد و اندازه گيري ويژه در دو سطح ثابت و متغير براي استان هاي توليد كننده پنبه اندازه گيري شد. داده هاي مورد نياز اين مطالعه از سالنامه آماري 90-1389 جهاد كشاورزي جمع آوري شد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه متوسط كارايي اقتصادي متغير نسبت به مقياس، در دو روش استاندارد و اندازه گيري ويژه به ترتيب برابر با 84/0 و 8/0 درصد مي‌باشد. با استناد به اين نتايج استان‌هايي كه با روش استاندارد كارا شناخته شده‌اند، با روش اندازه‌گيري ويژه نيز كارا مي‌باشند. اما، براي استان‌هاي غيركارا ، مقدار برآورد شده در روش اندازه‌گيري ويژه نسبت به مقادير استاندارد كمتر است. در واقع، روش اندازه‌گيري ويژه در اين مورد نتايج دقيق‌تري را نسبت به روش استاندارد برآورد نمود.

Cotton has a great economic and commercial importance due to different applications. Nowadays, Also this product is one of the most important oil plants in the world and its Cultivation in country is increasingly sustainable. This product is considered as one of the important agricultural commodities. Considering that this product vocalizes the raw material of textile industry, has become under special attention by government, in recent years. Therefore, evaluation of its efficiency is an important and influential factor in productivity and performance. Without any need to additional cost in present study, all kinds of technical, allocated, economic applications and comparison with two standard methods and special measurement at two constant level and variable with respect to comparison for determination of efficiency of productive provinceʹs has been done. Statistic information from 2011-2012 analyst agriculture has been extracted. Average of variations economic efficiency with respect to standard and special measurement methods is %84 and %80. With respect to the results of the provinces where have been noticed with standard method, also are efficient with special measurement method. But for non-efficient provinces, the estimated value at special measure method is less the standard values. In other words, the special measurement method in this case has estimated move accurate results
