توسعه كشاورزي با تاكيد بر مناسبات شهر و روستا مطالعه موردي استان آذربايجان غربي

Agricultural Development with Particular Emphasis on Rural-Urban Mutual Relationships and Interactions Case study: Azerbaijan Province

تحقيق حاضر به مطالعه توسعه كشاورزي در روستاها در ارتباط با توسعه شهرها پرداخته است. فرض كلي تحقيق اين است كه با رشد شهرها كشاورزي نيز در روستاهاي پيرامون توسعه يافته است. هدف نوشتار حاضر ارزيابي ميزان توسعه كشاورزي در شهرستانها و تبيين توسعه كشاورزي مبتني بر روابط سازنده شهر و روستا است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شهرهاي مراكز شهرستانهاي استان آذربايجان غربي و جوامع روستايي پيرامون و حوزه نفوذ اين شهرهاست. داده هاي اطلاعاتي، عملكرد كشاورزي (دامي، زراعي و باغي) به تفكيك شهرستانها و جمعيت شهري مراكز شهرستانهاست كه از جهاد كشاورزي استان و مركز آمار ايران گرفته شده است. ميزان توسعه كشاورزي با استفاده از مدل ارزيابي تاپسيس انجام شده و ارتباط اندازه شهر و توسعه كشاورزي در روستاها با مدل همبستگي و سنجش ميزان تاثير گذاري آنها در همديگر از مدل رگرسيون استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه بين اندازه شهرهاي مراكز استانها با ميزان توسعه كشاورزي رابطه معني دار وجود دارد. سطح همبستگي اين دو متغير 0.825 و سطح معني داري آنها برابر 95 درصد است. همچنين مدل رگرسيون نشان ميدهد كه رشد اندازه شهرها بر رشد توسعه كشاورزي موثر است و ميزان تاثير گذاري آن برابر با 0.82 با سطح معني داري صفر است به عبارتي 82 درصد توسعه كشاورزي را اندازه شهرها تبيين مي كند.

The present study deals with agricultural development in rural areas as a phenomenon related to urban growth. This study believes in this hypothesis that urban growth per say would motivate agricultural activities in surrounding rural areas .It aims to investigate the level of agricultural development resulted from rural-urban mutual relationships and interactions. The study area is composed of Azerbaijan major cities along with villages located in their vicinities and their sphere of the influences. Needed data related to livestock as well as orchard and agricultural products obtained from Bureau of census of the province .The level of agricultural development in relation to neighboring cities was determined using topsis model as well as correlation regression and their corresponding coefficients. This study suggests that there exists a significant relationship between size of cities and their corresponding level of agricultural activities in the hinterlands, taking into account the coefficient level (0.825) as well as significant level (95%). This study further supports this fact that 85% of the variation pertaining to the level of the agricultural development in the hinterlands is explained by city size variable.
