Pure Basij’s Role in Resolving of Problems According to the Theory of Islamic-Iranian Development

انديشه مكتوب پيشرفت و رشد اقتصادي، به سده‌هاي گذشته بازمي‌گردد. در طول تاريخ، با توجه به نارسايي‌هاي معيارهاي رشد حجم فعاليتهاي اقتصادي و پس از مدتي،‌ مشكل توزيع درآمد و تاثير آن بر زندگي مردم و كاستي‌هايي ديگر، بحث توسعه اقتصادي در تكميل انديشه رشد اقتصادي مطرح شد. در مراحل بعدي، تامين نيازهاي اساسي و اذعان به اهميت عامل انساني در توسعه و همچنين حق نسلها در استفاده از منابع و ملاحظات زيست‌محيطي و در سالهاي اخير، توجه به نهادها و هنجارها با رويكرد توانايي‌ها و استحقاقهاي انساني، موجب ارايه مفاهيمي از جمله توسعه انساني، توسعه پايدار و توسعه به معناي آزادي (توانايي در انتخاب نوع و شيوه زندگي) شده است. در اين مراحل، به تدريج نقش عنصر كارآفرين در توسعه اقتصادي بارزتر شد. مطالعه مقايسه‌اي نقش ""Entrepreneur در نظريه توسعه متعارف اقتصادي و نقش بلندمدت عنصر بسيجي در قوام و استمرار و گره‌گشايي و انگيزش نظام و انقلاب اسلامي، اين فرضيه را اثبات مي‌كند كه نسبت بسيج ناب (آرماني) با توسعه اسلامي – ايراني، متناظر نسبيِ نسبت كارآفريني با توسعه متعارف اقتصادي است. البته روشن است كه سازمان بسيج موجود و مفهوم بسيجِ مطرح شده در جامعه، با وجود تلاشهاي انجام شده ارزشمند، لزوماً با بسيج آرماني مطابقت ندارد و ايجاد نقشهراه و تدوين گامهاي ضروري و پيگيري بي‌وقفه و جدّي آنها براي دستيابي به بسيج مطلوب، الزامي تخلّف‌ناپذير براي كل نظام است.

The written idea of economical growth and progress dates back to past centuries. Considering the inefficiencies of the criteria for the growth in the volume of the economical activities, and after a while, the problems in distributing income, and its effects on people’s life and other inefficiencies throughout the history, the subject of economical development has always been raised in complimenting the idea of economical growth. In following stages, the provision of fundamental needs and the acknowledgment made of the importance of human factor in development as well as the generations’ rights in utilizing resources and other developmental considerations, and in recent years the attention paid to institutions and norms with an approach to human abilities and merits have caused concepts including human development, sustainable development and development with the meaning of freedom (ability in choosing the style of life) to be presented. The comparative study of “Entrepreneur” in the theory of the conventional economical development and the long-term role of the Basiji element in sustaining, consolidating, motivating and resolving of the problems faced by the Islamic Revolution substantiates the hypothesis that the relation between the pure (ideologically ideal) Basij with Islamic-Iranian development is the rational correspondent of the relation between entrepreneurship and conventional economical development. Off course, it is clear that despite the valuable efforts made, the existent Basij organization and the concept presented of Basij in the society do not necessarily conform to the ideologically ideal Basij. Furthermore, providing a road map in parallel with formulating continuous and necessary steps and guidelines for achieving an optimal Basij are inevitable requirements for the entire regime.
