The Conceptualization of the Native Model of Developing the Islamic Republic of Iran

پرداختن به الگوي بومي توسعه از ضرورتهاي مهم عصر حاضر است. در اين مقاله، اين مهم با آسيب‌شناسي نظري و عملي توسعه و فهرست كردن مشكلات ناشي از به كارگيري نظريه و الگوهاي رايج توسعه در جهان سوم و سپس مفهوم‌شناسي الگوي بومي توسعه جمهوري اسلامي ايران مبتني بر اسناد بالادستي مانند قانون اساسي، رهنمودهاي حضرت امام خميني(ره) و بيانات ارزشمند رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي صورت پذيرفته و در پايان، الگوي بومي توسعه، مشتمل بر اهداف اساسي پيشرفت، عدالت و معنويت معرفي شده است. در اين الگو؛ حاكميت، مردم و روحانيت در تحقق اهداف اساسي مشاركت داشته، همزمان مسيوليتهاي ويژه خود را خواهند داشت.

Focusing on the native model of development is a necessity of the present age. This article sets out to do so through a practical and theoretical pathology of development and listing the problems stemming from employing theory and the current models of development in the Third World and conceptualizing the native model of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on higher documents like the Constitution, Imam Khomeiniʹs guidelines, and the Supreme Leaderʹs noble statements. Finally, it introduces the native model of development including the fundamental objectives of progress, justice, and spirituality. According to this model, the government, people, and the clergy participate in the process of realizing the fundamental objectives, carrying out the special responsibilities of their own.
