چكيده فارسي :
با نگاهي به سال 1388 بايد اذعان كرد كه سال گذشته، سال عظمت و پيروزي ملت بزرگ ايران و سال حضور گسترده، تاريخي و اثرگذار ملت در عرصه‌هاي مختلف بود. در آغاز سال، مردم با حضور بي‌نظير خود، انتخاباتي را ساماندهي كردند كه در تاريخ انقلاب و تاريخ كشور بي‌سابقه بود و در حوادث پس از انتخابات هم در حركتي عظيم و سرنوشت‌ساز، ايستادگي خود را براي دفاع از انقلاب اسلامي به نمايش گذاشتند.
در شرايطي كه مخالفان و دشمنان انقلاب اسلامي در چارچوب جنگ نرم، مباني فكري و فرهنگي و بنيادهاي اصلي قدرت نرم نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران را مورد تهديد قرار دادند، ملت بزرگ ايران در مقابله با اين توطيه بزرگ با عزم، ايمان، بصيرت و ايستادگي بي‌نظير و حضور گسترده و پيوسته خود در صحنه، توانست نيرومندي و سرزندگي نظام اسلامي را به رخ دشمنان بكشد. با عنايت به اهميت موضوع، ضرورت دارد درسهاي گران‌قيمت اين حوادث بزرگ در قالب طرحهاي پژوهشي مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گيرد.
مقام معظم رهبري در طليعه سال نو و در راستاي يك حركت راهبردي، سال 1389 را سال «همت و كار مضاعف» نام نهادند؛ نامي كه يكي ازدغدغه‌هاي موجود در نظام اسلامي محسوب مي‌شود. به خوبي روشن است كه هدف اصلي نهضت اسلامي، به وجود آوردن يك مبناي اساسي و جدّي براي پايه‌گذاري حركتي فكري و مبنايي در جهت ايجاد انقلاب فكري در جهان بوده است. اين امر به معناي آن است كه در صورت درخشش تفكّر انقلاب اسلامي و تابش آن بر قلبهاي پاك مردمان جهان، گرايش به اين تفكّر، جهاني خواهد شد. بديهي است كه تحقق اين هدف، بدون ايجاد يك سامانه و سيستم، امكان‌پذير نيست. از اين رو، ضرورت تشكيل نوعي حكومت به عنوان پشتوانه فكري و مبنايي و ارايه الگويي كارامد براي جهانيان انكارناپذير است. لذا جامعه براي تحقق اين هدف بزرگ، نيازمند همت بلند و كار بيشتر و متراكم‌تر است تا در پرتو آن، راههاي نرفته را بپيمايد و به هدفهاي بزرگ و جهاني انقلاب اسلامي نزديك‌تر شود.

Having a look at the year 1388, it should be admited that last year was the year of splendor and victory of the great nation of Iran and the year of an extensive, historical and effective presence of nation in various fields. In the beginning of the year, by their unique presence, people conducted an election which was unprecedented in the history of the revolution and country. And in the events that happened after the elections they exhibited their perseverance in defending the Islamic Revolution in a great and decisive movement.
In a situation that opponents and enemies of the Islamic Revolution threatened the intellectual, cultural basics and foundations of soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the context of a soft war, the great nation of Iran in dealing with this big conspiracy was able to present strength and vitality of the Islamic System to the enemies by its determination, faith, insight, unique perseverance and expanded and continuous presence. Considering the importance of the topic, it’s necessary to discuss and ponder the precious lessons of these big events in the form of research projects.
In the beginning of the year in line with a strategic movement the supreme leader named the year 1389 “double diligence and doubled work”, a name that is considered as one the major concerns in the Islamic System. It’s obvious that the main goal of the Islamic Movement is to create a fundamental and serious basis for establishing an intellectual and primary movement for the purpose of establishing an intellectual revolution in the world. This means, in the event of flashing the concept of the Islamic Revolution and its radiation to pure hearts of people living all over the world, the tendency to this concept will become global. It is evident that achieving this goal is not possible without creating a system and paradigm. Therefore, the necessity of organizing a kind of governorship as an intellectual and fundamental support and presenting an efficient model to the inhabitants of the world is undeniable. Thus, in order to achieve this goal the society needs to have a high ambition and to make more and more condensed efforts to walk the untaken roads and to get closer to great goals of the Islamic Revolution.
