رهبري امام خميني(ره) در فرايند انقلاب اسلامي ايران

Imam Khomeini’s leadership in the process of the Islamic Revolution of Iran

نظريه‌پردازان اجتماعي عنصر رهبري، حضور مردمي و وجود يك ايديولوژي پويا و ديناميك را براي ظهور قدرت اجتماعي و انقلاب لازم و ضروري مي‌دانند. در انقلاب اسلامي ايران نيز پيوند عميق و ارادت آگاهانه رهبري و مردم، مهم‌ترين عامل محرّكه انقلاب بود. اين ارادت و شيفتگي نه ناشي از جنبه كاريزماتيكي شخصيت امام خميني(ره)، بلكه برگرفته از پيوند تاريخي مردم مسلمان با مرجعيت شيعه بود كه در ابعاد گوناگون حيات انسان ايراني نمود يافته بود. بنابر اين، بر خلاف انقلابهاي ديگر، اين مردم ايران بودند كه عالمانه و آگاهانه رهبر و مقتداي خويش را انتخاب كردند. امام خميني(ره) نيز در عين مجتهد جامع‌الشرايط بودن، رهبري با نبوغ ذاتي و صاحب انديشه و فكر بود كه به بسياري از مفاهيم و مضامين ديني جان تازه‌اي بخشيد و به عكس مشي و منش رهبران انقلابي، عصاره و چكيده انديشه و عمل خويش را دفاع از حقوق عامه مي‌دانست و تا پايان حيات خويش به خدمتگزاري مردم افتخار مي‌كرد.

Social doctrinaires believe that the element of leadership, people’s presence, and the existence of a dynamic ideology are crucial for the manifestation of social power and revolution. In the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the deep link and profound devotion existing between the leader and the public was the most essential motivative power of the revolution. Imam Khomeini’s charismatic personality was not the cause of this devotion and captivation, but the historical link between Shia Muslims and authorities was the case which is obvious in different aspects of Iranian life. Thus, unlike other revolutions it was the Iranians who chose their leader consciously and wisely. Imam Khomeini was not only a leading Shia scholar having all the qualifications, but also a leader with an inherent talent, a sage who gave a new meaning to many religious contexts and contents contrary to the policy and manner of other revolutionary leaders, used the gist of his thoughts and actions to defend public rights; and was proud of serving people as long as he lived.
