بررسي ابعاد روان شناختي خشونت گرايي جمعيت اغتشاشگر و روشهاي تاثير گذاري بر آن

A Study of the Cognitive Dimensions of Violation in Riotous Populations And the Ways to Influence it

نتايج حاصل از مطالعات نظري و ميداني در حوزه اغتشاشات شهري در ايران نشان مي‌دهد خشونت‌گرايي معترضان و ساير افراد حاضر در صحنه، نقش تعيين‌كننده‌اي در بروز و توسعه ناآرامي‌هاي شهري و مديريت آن دارد و اين عامل مي‌تواند پديده طبيعي رفتار‌هاي جمعي اعتراض‌آميز را به سمت يك بحران جدّي امنيتي سوق دهد. اين مقاله به منظور ارايه راهكارهاي علمي و كاربردي در مديريت وكنترل خشونت‌گرايي افراد در صحنه اغتشاشات شهري، با رويكردي روان‌شناختي به بررسي پديده رفتار‌هاي جمعي اعتراض‌آميز مي‌پردازد و به منظور ارايه روشهاي تاثيرگذاري بر خشونت‌گرايي معترضان و ساير افراد حاضر در صحنه، ابتدا مفاهيم مطرح در اين زمينه و ديدگاههاي موجود در طبقه‌بندي اين پديده را مرور مي‌كند و پس از ارايه تحليلهاي مرتبط با علل خشونت‌گرايي اغتشاشگران و بحث در زمينه ابعاد روان‌شناختي مقابله و تاثيرگذاري بر جمعيت اغتشاشگر، به ارايه پيشنهادهاي كاربردي در اين زمينه مي‌پردازد.

The results obtained by the theoretical and field studies in the area of Civil disturbance in Iran show that the tendency towards violence on the part of protestors and other individuals present in the scene, has a decisive role in the appearance and development of civil disorders as well as in how to manage it, which is able to mass protest behaviors as a natural phenomenon towards a critical security crisis. In order to present practical and scientific options for managing and controlling violent individuals in civil disorders, this article addresses the phenomenon of mass protest behaviors, examines the concepts in this field and the existing views in classifying this phenomenon to present effective methods for influencing violence on the part of protestors, and finally presents practical suggestions in this field after presenting analyses related to causes of violence and arguing about psychological dimensions of countering and influencing the protesting population.
