Basijisʹʹ Role in Construction and National Development

پس از پيروزي انقلاب و شكل‌گيري جمهوري اسلامي، بسيج سازندگي به معناي به كارگيري جوانان در عرصه‌هاي سازندگي و فعاليتهاي اجتماعي، در سايه آرامش و اميد و جاري شدن انديشه بسيجي در مجراي سازندگي كشور شكل گرفت. خدمت‌رساني و مردم‌ياري در مناطق محروم و شناسايي زمينه‌هاي اشتغال و به دنبال آن ايجاد اشتغال، غني‌سازي اوقات فراغت و... از طرحهاي بسيج سازندگي است. اين مقاله پژوهشي با رويكرد تلفيقي و با روش پيمايشي و ابزار پرسشنامه، به دنبال پاسخگويي به اين سوال است كه نقش بسيجيان در سازندگي و توسعه ملي كدام است؟ جامعه شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور استان همدان (25794 نفر) و نمونه آن شامل 164 نفر بوده كه با روش تصادفي ساده چند مرحله‌اي به دست آمده است. نتايج به دست آمده بيانگر آن است كه رابطه متقابل و تنگاتنگي بين فعاليتهاي بسيج و سازندگي و توسعه ملي وجود دارد و بي‌توجهي به نيروي عظيم مردمي متعهد و متخصص بسيج، يكي از موانع مهم عقب‌ماندگي جامعه خواهد بود.

After the victory of the Revolution, and the formation of the Islamic Revolution, the Construction Basij formed, which meant involving the youths in the fields of construction and social activities, where there was the hope of Bsiji thought flowing in channel of construction. With a combined approach and by a survey method and questionnaire, this research paper aims to answer the question of what is the role of Basijis in national development and construction. The community includes the entire students of Payam Noor University in the Province of Hamadan (25794 people) with a sample of 164 people, which has been obtained by a multistage random method. The obtained results indicate that there is a close and reciprocal relationship between Basijʹs activities, national development and construction, and that being heedless of the committed and specialized public force in Basij will be a major factor in having a retarded society.
