بررسي رابطه ذهنيت فلسفي و عملكرد پژوهشي اعضا هيات علمي تربيت بدني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي

The Relationship between Philosophic Mindedness and Research Performance of Physical Education Faculty Members In Islamic Azad University

موفقيت سازمانها در گرو عملكرد كاركنان آن سازمان است. ذهنيت فلسفي روشي از تفكر است كه عمدتا افراد موفق از آن استفاده مي‌كنند. هدف تحقيق حاضر، بررسي رابطه ذهنيت فلسفي و عملكرد پژوهشياعضا هيات علمي داراي مدرك دكتري شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بود. به همين خاطر كليه اعضا هيات علمي كه شامل 123 نفر بودند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند كه 92 نفر (76 درصد) پرسشنامه‌ها را كامل كردند. براي سنجش ذهنيت فلسفي از پرسشنامه استاندارد( PMQ) و عملكرد پژوهشي از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته فعاليتهاي پژوهشي استفاده گرديد. داده‌هاي پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي شامل ميانگين، فراواني،انحراف معيار وآمار استنباطي شامل ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن بوسيله نرم افزار كامپيوتريSPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد با اينكه در كل، ذهنيت فلسفي با عملكرد پژوهشي ارتباط معنا دار ندارد( 05/0p > ) ليكن بين برخي از ابعاد ذهنيت فلسفي(جامعيت و انعطاف پذيري) با زير مجموعه‌هاي عملكرد پژوهشي رابطه معنادار وجود دارد(05/0p < ).

The success of the organizations will be achieved through the performance of their employees philosophic-mindedness is style of thinking that use successful peoples. The aim of this study are to determine possible relationship between philosophic-mindedness and research performance of faculty members of the field of physical education in azad university. The statistical population were 123 faculty members with PhD degree. Sample is the available population, i.e. 92(76%) of 123 participants completed the questionnaire. Measuring tool included standardized philosophic-mindedness questionnaire (PMQ). Research performance was measured by researcher-made questionnaire that included research activities. The obtain results were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics that included mean, frequency, standard deviation and inferential statistics that included spearman correlation. The results showed that there is no a direct correlation between philosophic-mindedness and research activities (p > 0.05). According of the results there is significant relationship between some the aspects of philosophic-mindedness (comprehensiveness and flexibility) and the aspects of research performance of faculty members of physical education (p < 0.05).
