بررسي مشكلات درس كارآموزي دانشجويان كارداني رشته‌ي نقشه‌كشي و طراحي صنعتي در صنايع

Surveying the Problems of Internship Course Implementation for Students of Associate’s Degree in Industrial Design & Drawing Field

كارآموزي با هدف تطبيق آموزش‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي براساس نياز صنايع صورت مي‌گيرد و روشي به نسبت سريع براي كسب اطلاعات درباره‌ي يك زمينه‌ي شغلي است، اما اجراي آن در صنايع همواره با مشكلاتي مواجه بوده است. اين تحقيق، به‌منظور شناسايي و آسيب‌شناسي كارآموزي و بررسي مشكلات ناشي از نحوه‌ي اجرا، محتواي دروس، مراكز كارآموزي، نيروي انساني و ديدگاه‌هاي مديريتي است كه سبب كاهش كارايي كارآموزي مي‌شود و از طريق توزيع پرسش‌نامه انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ي آماري، شامل كليه‌ي دانشجويان كارآموز در سال تحصيلي 91 - 90 رشته‌ي نقشه‌كشي و طراحي صنعتي دانشكده فني دختران دكتر شريعتي و استادان راهنماي كارآموزي و سرپرستان كارآموزي در صنايع بوده است. تجزيه و تحليل نتايج پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه اجراي كارآموزي از ديد استادان، سرپرستان و دانشجويان با مشكلاتي همراه است. مديران صنايع و دانشجويان در فرايند انتخاب كارآموز و اجراي بهينه‌ي كارآموزي در صنايع، بايد انگيزه‌ي كافي داشته باشند. در اين زمينه بايد تعامل و هم‌گرايي مراكز آموزش فني و حرفه‌اي و مراكز صنعتي و خدماتي كشور برقرار شود. همچنين محتواي دروس رشته‌ي نقشه‌كشي و طراحي صنعتي با توجه به تغييرات تكنولوژي بايد مورد بازنگري قرار گيرد. استادان كارآموزي، سرپرستان و دانشجويان در اين زمينه پيشنهادهايي را ارايه كرده‌اند.

Internship implementation aims to accord technical & vocational educations with the requirements of the industries, and is relatively a fast method to acquire information about a carrier field. How-ever, its implementation usually faces problems in industries. This research, through distributing questionnaires, tries to identify and recognize the internship implementation methods and survey the difficulties regarding its implementation, course content, internship centers, human resources and managerial viewpoints which lead to decreasing the efficiency of internship. The statistical population includes all internship students in industrial design & drawing courses in Dr. Shariaty Technical & Vocational College, the training supervisors and the course trainers in industries in 2011-2012. The analysis of the results of the questionnaires has been done by SPSS statistical soft-ware in two descriptive and inferential levels. The results show that there are some difficulties with internship implementation as it is stated by the trainers, supervisors and students,. In the selection process of trainees and optimal internship implementation in industries, both the industry leaders and the students should have sufficient motivation. In this regard, there should be interaction and integration between technical & vocational centers and industrial centers plus the services. Also, due to technology changes, the content of courses in industrial design & drawing courses should be reviewed. Finally, some recommendations have been presented by training instructors, supervisors and students.
