Doctrine of People Defense Operational Theatre

همراه با تحولات اقتصادي و سياسي، نقش توده‌هاي مردم نيز در عرصه‌هاي مختلف افزايش يافته است. يكي از اين عرصه‌ها، حوزه مسايل دفاعي است كه در آن مردم نقش اساسي يافته‌اند. واحدهاي دفاع مردمي در روابط كاركردي با ديگر واحدهاي ارتش منظم، تحت هدايت فرمانده ارشد صحنه عمليات، وظايف محوله را انجام مي‌دهند. استراتژي صحنه دفاع مردمي در پي تركيب و تلفيق اهداف، روشها و ابزار دفاع مردمي در قلمرو صحنه نبرد است؛ به شكلي كه طرح كلي نبرد نيروهاي مردمي را تبيين و راهنمايي براي فرماندهان و مسيولان مي‌باشد. اين مقاله ضمن تبيين نظري صحنه عمليات دفاع مردمي به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين مصاديق جنگ نامتقارن، ويژگي‌هاي صحنه عمليات دفاع مردمي را تشريح و اهداف، ابزار و روشهاي آن را مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي‌دهد.

Some scholars who study people war believe the people war to be the most important example of asymmetric war. Alongside the political and economical developments, the role played by the masses has been augmented in various fields. Of these fields, one is defense matters, where people have acquired a substantive role. In their functional relations with other regular army units, the people defense units carry out the assigned roles, under the direction of the chief commander of the operational theatre. The strategy of people defense theatre seeks to incorporate people defense ways and means and objectives in the realm of battlefield, so as to explain the master plan of battle waged by people forces, and to be itself a guide for commanders. This article offers a theoretical explanation of people defense operational theatre, as well as analyzing it’s means and objectives.
