A Theoretical Deliberation on the Behavioral Paradigms Of Basij Members

هدف اين مقاله تلاش براي تقويت مباحث نظري درباره الگوهاي رفتاري اعضاي بسيج از طريق كنكاش مفهومي و اسنادي است. توافق نظر درباره الگوهاي رفتاري ثابت براي بخشي از افراد جامعه وجود ندارد. توقّعات و انتظارات مردم و نظام اسلامي از بسيج و اهداف و وظايف آن، كه از شرايط شكل گيري الگوهاست، بسيار گسترده و ناهمگن و در شرايط مختلف زماني، اجتماعي و فرهنگي نيز متفاوت است. بسيج نيز اهداف و وظايف متنوّعي از جمله حفظ انقلاب و دستاوردهاي آن و تحكيم پايه‌هاي نظام اسلامي را برعهده دارد، بنابراين، تدارك الگوهاي رفتاري بسيج؛ يعني الگوهاي رفتاري مردم ايران؛ چراكه گستردگي بسيج آن را به قشر، طبقه و صنف مشخصي محدود نمي كند.بسيج بايد در همه ميدانها و عرصه‌هاي نظام اسلامي شركت و نقش داشته باشد و فضاي سالم اجتماعي را ايجاد و از آن فضا و از هويت ملي و ديني دفاع كند. در اين تحقيق با مراجعه به منابع و نظريه‌هاي صاحب نظران علوم اجتماعي، سياسي، مذهبي و تربيتي، فهرست مهمي از ويژگي‌هاي الگوهاي مطلوب بسيجيان براي كل جامعه پيشنهاد شده است.اين الگوها با نگاه تحليلي از دو حوزه كلي؛ يعني نظام شخصيتي و نظام اجتماعي متاثّرند. در پايان، شاخصهاي الگوهاي رفتاري متاثّر از دو نظام، در چهار بعد اجتماعي، فرهنگي، دفاعي و سياسي طبقه بندي و پيشنهاد شده‌اند. منظور ما از بسيج در ايران، سازماني اجتماعي است كه وابسته به نهاد سياست وحكومت در جامعه است. در اين سازمان اجتماعي، مردم داوطلبانه امكانات و توانايي‌هاي خود را براي دستيابي به اهداف مشترك در اختيار حكومت قرار مي‌دهند.

This article aims to try to promote the theoretical arguments about the behavioral paradigms of Basiji members through conceptual and attributional deliberation. There is no consensus over the fixed behavioral paradigms for part of the individuals in the society. The expectations, on the part of the people and the Islamic regime, of Basij, it’s roles and objectives are so extensive and heterogeneous; hence these expectations being different in different social, and cultural conditions. Also, Basij has miscellaneous roles and objectives including guarding the revolution and it’s achievements, and reinforcing the fundamentals of the Islamic regime; so, to provide for the behavioral paradigms of Basij means to do the same for those of the Iranian people, for the fact that Basij is extensive does not limit it to a specified section and level. Basij must participate and play a role in every field and arena of the Islamic regime, and create a socially sound atmosphere, and defend the religious and national identity. This research proposes an important list of the characteristics of desirable paradigms of Basijis for the entire society, by referring to the resources and theories of the scholars in the fields of social, political, religious and educational sciences. Within an analytical perspective, those paradigms are influenced by two general fields, namely, the personality system, and the social system. Finally, the factors of behavioral paradigms influenced by two systems in four dimensions: social, cultural, defense and political have been classified and proposed. By Basij in Iran, we mean a social organization dependent on the institutions of politics and government in the society. In this social organization, people voluntarily put their abilities and facilities at the disposal of the government in order to achieve common objectives.
