The Bases of Soft Power in the Islamic Republic of Iran

مولّفه قدرت نرم اخيراً در ادبيات سياسي و مفهوم قدرت، جاي مناسبي پيدا كرده و هر روز زواياي جديدي از آن كاويده و عرصه آن گسترده‌تر مي‌شود. فهم درست اين پديده از نگاهي تطبيقي با قدرت سخت حاصل مي‌شود. ويژگي‌هايي چون: كم هزينه و پرسود بودن، اجتماعي بودن، خصلت اقناعي داشتن و ايجاد خود انگيختگي در جامعه هدف براي اقدام به آنچه قدرتمندان انتظار دارند، برجستگي اين مفهوم را بيشتر مي‌كند. قدرتهاي سلطه‌گر در پي بازشناسي و باز سازي منابعي هستند كه در كنار منابع قدرت سخت بتواند ادامه سلطه آنان را بر جوامع هموار سازد. نظام جمهوري اسلامي كه از دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي است، به بركت اين انقلاب، از منابع بي‌نظير قدرت نرم برخوردار است. اسلام سياسي، آموزه‌هاي مذهب تشيّع به خصوص عدالت علوي(ع) و قيام حسيني(ع)، روحيه شهادت طلبي، تقيّه، انتظار و مهدويت، مرجعيت ديني، اصل ولايت مطلقه فقيه، اعتماد اجتماعي، وفاداري مردم و مسيولان، اميد به آينده كه از اصل مهدويت و پيروزي‌هاي شگرف انقلاب اسلامي بر قدرتهاي بزرگ به دست آمده، از منابع قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي به حساب مي‌آيند.

The element of soft power has recently gained a convenient place in political literature and the concept of power, with new perspectives of it being increasingly explored, and itʹs domain being more extensive. A proper understanding of this phenomenon can be achieved through a comparative glance at hard power. This concept will be more highlighted by characteristics like being less expensive and more lucrative, sociability, having a satisfying quality, creating spontaneity in the target society to do what the powerful expect. Dominant powers seek to recognize and reconstruct the resources which-alongside hard power resources- enable them to continue their dominance over societies. As an achievement of the Islamic Republic and under the blessing of this revolution, the Islamic Republic Regime enjoys unparalleled sources of soft power. Political Islam, teachings of Shiism, especially those about Imam Ali’s Justice, and Imam Hossein’s uprising, the spirit of seeking martyrdom, Taqiyeh (dissimulation in religious matters), Mahdaviah( the system of waiting for Imam Mahdi to come), religious authority, the principle of absolute guardianship, social trust, loyalty between people and authorities, being hopeful about the future which originates from the principle of Mahdaviah and the enormous victories of the Islamic Republic over great powers, constitute the resources of the soft power of the Islamic Republic.
