به كارگيري راهبرد فوق فن‌آوري نرم

Employing a Strategy of Supersoft Technology

علم در دنيا به سرعت در حال پيشرفت است؛ جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز تا حدّي گرد و غبار چندين دهه عقب‌ماندگي را از چهره علمي كشور با پيشرفتهاي بزرگ چند ساله اخير در توليد دانش و فن‌آوري زدوده است. ولي براي قرار گرفتن در جايگاه واقعي در سطح جهان بايد زمان از دست رفته را جبران كرد و به پيشتازي در عرصه علم و معرفت رسيد. يك چالش اساسي پيش رو اين است كه آيا مراكز عظيم توليد علم و فن‌آوري در دنيا با در اختيار داشتن تمام فن‌آوري‌هاي پيشرفته، بيكار نشسته و منتظر مي‌مانند تا ما گوي سبقت را در توليد دانش از آنها برباييم؟ با توجّه به روشن بودن پاسخ اين سوال، اگر بخواهيم از مسير توليد دانش غرب استفاده كنيم، مطميناً هميشه پيرو خواهيم ماند؛ لذا بي‌شك طي مسير ميانبر با به كارگيري يك فوق فن‌آوري نرم، راه رسيدن به مقصود است. در اين تحقيق سعي مي‌شود اين فوق فن‌آوري نرم كه همانا تفكّر بسيجي است، تبيين و تشريح شود. لازم به ذكر است كه اين ايده براي اولين بار در ديدار هزار نخبه علمي كشور با مقام معظم رهبري در دومين همايش ملي نخبگان توسط نگارنده ارايه شد كه مورد عنايت معظم له نيز قرار گرفت.

Science is progressing rapidly. To some extent, the Islamic Republic of Iran has succeeded in brushing the dust, gathered in several decades of backwardness, off the scientific face of the country by itʹs great progresses made recently in generating knowledge and technology. Nevertheless, in order to obtain the right status, the lost time has to be made up, and a pioneering position to be secured in the domain of science and knowledge. A major challenge is whether that great centers that are involved in generating science and technology in the world, and have all the advanced technologies sit aside and let us surpass them in the generation of knowledge? Considering the clearness of the answer, we would be nothing but a follower if we want to employ the way used by the West in generating knowledge; So undoubtedly, the only way to meet our purpose is to take a shortcut by employing a supersoft technology. This research tries to explain this supersoft technology, namely is the very Basiji way of thinking. Needless to say that this idea was presented for the first time by the author when 1000 of the countryʹs scientific elites visited the Supreme Leader in the Second National Conference of the Elites , which was honored to catch the attention of the supreme leader.
