Basijisʹʹ Cultural Needs

تقابل فرهنگي در جوامع جايگاه و اهميت فرهنگ در روابط رسمي و غير رسمي مردم و دولت‌هاست. لذا شناخت وضعيت فرهنگي جامعه به منظور برنامه‌ريزي موثر، علي‌رغم پيچيدگي‌هاي فراوان آن، اهميت ويژه‌اي دارد. بر اين اساس به منظور شناخت مهم‌ترين نيازها و اولويتهاي فرهنگي بسيجيان و فرماندهان پايگاههاي مقاومت بسيج، طي يك تحقيق ميداني نيازهاي فرهنگي بسيجيان در چهار حيطه ارتباط با خداوند، ديگران، خود و محيط و جهان هستي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه بالاترين اولويت نيازهاي فرهنگي بسيجيان و فرماندهان آنان، نياز فرهنگي به ارتباط با خود و ارتباط با ديگران است.سنجش نيازهاي فرهنگي بسيجيان و فرماندهان آنان در زمينه ارتباط با خداوند در ابعاد سه گانه شناختي، عاطفي و رفتاري نشان داد كه نيازهاي فرهنگي آنان در زمينه ارتباط با خدا در بعد شناختي بيشتر از ابعاد عاطفي و رفتاري مي‌باشد. و در حيطه ارتباط با طبيعت و محيط در ابعاد سه گانه شناختي ، عاطفي و رفتاري نيز به طور كلي نيازهاي شناختي افراد در برقراري ارتباط با طبيعت و محيط بيشتر از نيازهاي رفتاري و عاطفي آنان است.

So, it is characteristically important to achieve an understanding of the cultural conditions in the society despite itʹs abundant complexities, in order to perform an effective Planning. On this basis, for the purpose of understanding the most important cultural priorities and needs of Basijis, their cultural needs were examined in four areas in terms of Irelationship with Go4 others, oneseg and the world The results of the research show that establishing relationship with oneself and God counts as the highest priority of Basqis cultural requirements. The assessment of Basijis’ and their commanders’ cultural needs in terms of the relationship with God in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions showed that their cultural needs with regards to relationship with God in cognitive dimension is more than that in emotional and behavioral dimensions. As for relationship with the nature and the environment, generally speaking the cognitive needs of individuals in establishing relationship with the nature and the environment outnumber their emotional and behavioral needs.
