ارايه اندازه پيشنهادي ارتفاع چشم راننده از سطح زمين با توجه به جنسيت و مشخصه ناوگان حمل ونقلي كشور

Investigation of the Driverʹʹs Eye Height from the Ground According to Variation in National Transportation System Characteristics

يكي از مهم‌ترين مسايل در بحث ايمني جاده‌ها فاصله ديد است. ضوابط و پارامترهاي مربوط به فاصله ديد توقف در آيين‌نامه طرح هندسي راه‌هاي ايران برگرفته از آيين‌نامه آشتو براساس مطالعات مربوط به سال‌هاي 1938 تا 1941ميلادي در آمريكا است و تاكنون نسبت به تنظيم مجدد و اصلاح آنها اقدام نشده است. براي محاسبه فاصله ديد لازم است تا ارتفاع چشم راننده از سطح زمين به‌صورت پيش فرض لحاظ شود. علي رغم تغييرات در مشخصات رانندگان و ناوگان حمل ونقلي كشورمان، اين ارتفاع هم‌چنان ثابت باقي مانده است. هدف از اين تحقيق بومي‌سازي و به‌روزرساني مقدار اين پارامتر براساس رفتار رانندگان در ايران و منطبق با ناوگان موجود مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق مبتني بر تصويربرداري عرضي از وسايل نقليه در حال حركت است كه توسط نويسندگان از 198 خودرو سواري در شهرهاي انتخابي تهران، مشهد و سمنان تصويربرداري انجام شد و مقادير ارتفاع چشم رانندگان برحسب جنسيت آنها و ارتفاع خودروها طبقه‌بندي شدند. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه مقدار ارتفاع چشم به‌دست آمده براي رانندگان در ايران در مقايسه با مقادير ذكرشده در آيين‌نامه ايران داراي مقدار بيشتري است. با اين وجود استفاده از آيين‌نامه‌هاي موجود در جهت اطمينان است.

One of the significant issues in the road safety is sight distance. Rules and parameters for stopping sight distances in Iranian driving law often refer to values found in AASHTO reference well consolidated that these values are related to the United States’ studies during the years 1938 and 1941, and the driver’s eye height from the ground is one of these parameters. While the world periodically monitors variations of this parameter, in Iran the value has remained unchanged for some fifteen years, despite changes to the technical characteristics of the national vehicular fleet and the driver population. The aim of this paper is to submit recent surveys from a significant percentage of passenger cars and to determine the statistical parameters for the set of measured values, and also localize and update the value of this parameter based on driver behavior in accordance with the existing fleet. In this research, 198 values of driver eye height were obtained from a cross picture of travelling cars in the cities of Tehran, Mashhad and Semnan. The results showed that the level of Iranian driver eye height is higher than the value given in the Iranian driving law. This height is one of the parameters needed to determine the minimum radius in the vertical crest.
