تحليل فازي رابطه تفاوت هاي فرهنگي شهروندان با معيارهاي ارزش گذاري كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري (مطالعه موردي: فضاهاي عمومي تهران)

Fuzzy Analysis of Relationship Between Cultural Differences of Citizens and Evaluating Criteria of the Quality of Urban Public Spaces(Case Study: The Public Spaces of Tehran)

موضوع اين مقاله، مطالعه نقش تفاوت هاي فرهنگي شهروندان در نحوه انتخاب و ارزش گذاري معيارهاي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري است. ميزان كيفيت فضا و مطلوبيت آن، معطوف به اين است كه فضا با چه معيارهايي توسط شهروندان مورد داوري قرار مي گيرد. ارزيابي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري مستلزم ادراك و شناخت آن است. ادراك فرايندي گزينشي و مبتني بر تجارب، فرهنگ و پيش داشتهاست. جمع گرايي- فردگرايي به عنوان مهم ترين بعد تنوع و تفاوت فرهنگي نقش بسيار مهمي در نوع ادراك و تعيين معيارهاي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري ايفا مي نمايد. مدعاي اين مقاله آن است كه بر اساس رفتارهاي جمع گرايي و فردگرايي شهروندان تهراني، ميزان اهميت و نوع معيارهاي ارزيابي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري متفاوت است. اين مدعاي تبييني در سه سكانس از خيابان وليعصر تهران به آزمون گذاشته شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان دهنده اين است كه، رفتار جمع گرايي و فردگرايي شهروندان رابطه معني داري با معيارهاي مورد نظر آنها براي وجود كيفيت در خيابان وليعصر تهران به عنوان مصداقي از فضاي عمومي شهري دارد و در سكانسهاي مختلف، معيارهاي كيفيت فضاي عمومي شهري تفاوت هاي معني داري كرد.

The subject of this study is to investigate the role of cultural differences in the quality criteria of citizens in urban public spaces. The degree of quality and utility of the space is based on this fact that space through which criteria will be evaluated by the citizens. Quality assessment of urban public spaces requires its perception and understanding. Perception is a selective process based on experiences, culture and presumptions. Collectivism - individualism as the most important dimension of cultural diversity plays an important role in the perception and determining criteria of urban public spaces. This paper claims that based on collectivistic and individualistic behaviors of citizens, the importance and the quality evaluation criteria are different in urban public spaces.This theoretical proposition is tested in three sequences of Vali Asr street in Tehran. The results showed that there is significant relationship between collectivistic and individualistic behaviors of citizens and quality urban public spaces, So that the sum of the measures of the behavior of their citizens’ increase, the quality of the space increases. However, based on cultural differences that exist between citizens of different sequences Asr Avenue, there are different levels of collectivism behaviors. .
