عوامل موثر برشادكامي دانشجويان بسيجي

An Assessment of the Extent of Happiness in Basiji Students and the Associated Factors

در اين پژوهش به منظور آگاهي از سطح نشاط بسيجيان و شناسايي عوامل موثر بر شادابي آنان، نخست با استفاده از «مقياس نشاط سنج آكسفورد» ميران نشاط 200 نفر از دانشجويان بسيجي مورد اندازه‌گيري قرار گرفت. آن‌گاه با بهره‌گيري از دو مقياس scl-90 و يك مقياس محقق ساخته، ميزان اضطراب، افسردگي، موفقيت تحصيلي، رضايت از رشته تحصيلي، ميزان مهارت ورزشي، ميزان تعامل اجتماعي، ميزان اختصاص وقت روزانه به آيينهاي مذهبي و ميزان رضايت از بسيجي بودن آنان مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل با استفاده از چند آزمون آماري مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه اولاً: ميزان نشاط بسيجان از بسيار زياد (در برخي از دانشجويان بسيجي) تا بسيار كم(پنج) (در برخي ديگر از دانشجويان بسيجي) در نوسان است. ثانياً: بين ميزان نشاط دانشجويان بسيجي و ويژگي‌هاي مختلف آنان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. ليكن اين رابطه در مورد برخي مولفه‌ها بالاتر از ساير مولفه‌ها است.گستردگي يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش به حدي است كه مي‌توان از آن به عنوان مقدمه‌اي براي ارايه مدلي جهت تبيين نظري نشاط دانشجويان بسيجي بهره گرفت.

In order to assess the baijisʹ level of happiness and the factors that have an effect on it, this research measures the extent of happiness in 200 basiji students by using "Oxford Happiness Scale". Then, the extent of their anxiety, depression, academic success, satisfaction with the course of study, the level of sport skills, of social interaction, of the daily time devoted to religious ceremonies, and of their satisfaction with serving as basijis were assessed by using two scales scl-90 and a researcher made scale. The resulted data were analyzed using some statistical tests. The results showed that: Firstly, the basijisʹ level of happiness varies from very much (in a few of the basiji students) to very little (5, in a few others of basiji students). Secondly, there is a meaningful relation between happiness in baseeji students and their different characteristics. However, as for some parameters, this relation is higher than other ones. The generality of these findings is such that it can be used as an introduction for providing a model for the theoretical explanation of basiji studentsʹ happiness.
