Public Authority in Islamic Political System

در مهندسي حكومت ديني و نظام ولايي كه با پيروزي انقلاب‏اسلامي احيا شد، هرگز الهي بودن و منشا و مبناي آسماني‏داشتن، مستلزم نفي دخالت و نقش‏آفريني و مشاركت مردمي‏و غفلت از اراده و خواست آنان نيست و به هيچ وجه خدا وانسان را مقابل هم قرار نمي‏دهد؛ بلكه مدعي است تنها راهبرد و راه دستيابي به مردم‏سالاري حقيقي، نظام ولايي وحاكميت ديني است و هيچ مكتب و نظامي به اندازه اسلام ‏براي انسان موضوعيت قايل نشده و او را در حكومت ونهادهاي سياسي آن مشاركت نداده است. اين مقاله ضمن اصرار و مبنا قرار دادن نظام ولايي و حاكميت‏الهي، نقش و جايگاه مردم را در شكل‏گيري و استمرار و اقتدار آن مورد بحث قرار داده و در نهايت، اركان الهي و مردميِ‏حكومت ديني را برشمرده است.

In the architecture of the religious government and the velayat-e faqih system (one based on the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurists) that was revived with the victory of the Islamic Revolution, to have a system being divine and having heavenly base would all but require negation of public participation and involvement, or ignorance of public will and wishes. It never pits God and the public against each other, but suggests that religious sovereignty and the velayat-e faqih system is the only strategy and way of establishing a real democracy. No other school and system attaches greater importance to human, and involves him in political institutions and governance than Islam does. This article discusses publicʹs status in forming and maintaining the velayat-e faqih system and religious sovereignty and itʹs authority as well as postulating that it should be accepted as a basis.
